Here we go, Crosby fans can't take the heat so they are going to lash out at everyone. Guys, there's a reason why everyone is taking jabs at ya'll. Do you not realize that ya'll picked a fight with almost every team on this site during the football season. Ya'll literally put every school down on here and was serious about it. Most posters on here have been around since 2008 and poke fun with each other, but Crosby took it to a different level. Everyone is just dishing it back to ya'll. I forsee this thread getting locked. LOL

Again, my comments is for some of the "special" fans. They had this coming to them. Been stating this for a while now. Nothing against the coaches and players, they have my complete respect.

As for the banned one, Larkin knew what he was doing, therefore suffers the consequences.

Larkin is quite okay with not being on here, it's funny how people can come on here an make racist insinuations about Barrett station and constantly post trash.  Larkin actually is fricking cool dude who has raised kids that have contributed to the Crosby program and will be solid members of our society.  I walked by him yesterday as the game had just started and said man we're in trouble.  Dude actually knows what he's talking about and understands the game.  Again I ask what's the difference between Deez nutz and monkey nuts?  By the way, if you don't think there's meth labs in Vidor, Orange, Crosby, or plenty of other places, then keep believing!

Well, I keep hearing about Plusone and what he has said.  Let's talk about why is no longer here.  First, he accused another poster of running a meth lab and I told him to cool it, but that was not good enough for him and he continued to engage.  So that bought him his first banishment, only a night, which I thought may get his attention.  However, it was only a few weeks later when he changed his screen name to a word that I had told another poster was inappropriate just a couple of days earlier.  Warnings to change his name only caused him to choose inappropriate alternatives.  Given that he had no regard for the rules of this board, he was given a permanent vacation.

The shame of all of this is that Coach Ro is a great guy and lucky for Crosby, a great coach, too.  I hurt for him and the kids as they deserved a better fate than what met them last night.  However, for Crosby posters to walk around since September, discussing how weak the football is "east of the Trinity" only to have their beloved team bow out in the same round as members of the district (particularly PNG and Nederland) that they spoke down to and then claim "bias" when the emperor is shown to have no clothes, well:

So after getting home from the lake I was able to enjoy all this garbage.. Here is my take on all of it... From what I watched this year the best team I put my eyes on was Crosby.. They had more team speed and played at a faster pace than any other team I had seen.. Besides all the hype a few put on this site, my own eyes thought they had the best chance of advancing... However playoffs, are the playoffs.. Throw away the stats, and records, and strap it on.. After seeing the scores, they must not have been the best team in the region.. That being said, IMO out of the common posters on this board, I think they had the best shot.. I have made the post before of the Crosby posters as novice winners... And of course I am ridiculed with tradition means nothing.. Honestly it's all garbage. I get on her for entertainment value... And at the end of the day it doesn't make a hill of beans, because I know who I am and know what my school is about.. I will say, taking all the trash away, I think it's a good deal Crosby is trying to do in building a program.. Coming from the bottom is often not easy, and staying at the top is highly impossible.. As most of you know I do not consider Crosby SETX, however I did think they had the best opportunity to advance rounds.. To me without the likes of Plus1 has made this board a little less fun for the past few months.. Online, I think 14.2 is a wannabe. But in real life, I would have a drink with him... So what I'm stating is take it all in stride, this is just a site to have a little smack talk fun... Everyone has to eat crow once in a while, or possibly 6 years in a row... But it's part of life... I'm conclusion, we should all be proud of our teams on this board and support whoever is left..myself, will become a Mustang.. As we all no.. No one remembers second place.. So at this point lets jump on another band wagon and root for who is still in it....... I myself have haters on here, as well as good folks I have met and befriended.. We all have a common like.. And that's high school football... So the season is over, the crow has been eaten, the dogs are still dogs, the Indians are still indians, the Cougars are still cougars, etc. all the kids are safe and the holidays are coming up.. While I still have a good audience, I hope everyone has a safe holiday with all there families.. Life is to short to not live in the moment, enjoy it while we still have it... I for one can't wait till next year to start talking more trash and reliving it again... Peace.....

Bigger, stronger, faster, better up front, and flat out just better.  That's an excuse I guess.  See, your crappy thread is picking up steam!

Guess you have no ideal of what happens when one of your parents passes away, and what is involved in the last few weeks of their life.  I was driving back and forth to Katy every day to help my sister take care of my ailing father.  It was the HARDEST DECISION of my life to leave a town that I loved and where I was in a position to impact the youth of the community.  Not many teachers RESIGN their position BEFORE they have a job.  I was turned down by six schools in Katy, then low and behold I walk into the Lamar CISD job fair and Coach Tullos knows of me from my Pentagon T Logo.  I can truly look back on my life and see the strings being pulled to put me here at GRHS.  There is an "Always Believe" scholarship here now and the blessings of my life are beyond measure.
As far as Crosby goes... They watched year after year as Dayton made their way to the quarter finals, semi finals and even the state title game.  The envy of that is apparent in some of the people that post comments here.  Truth is Crosby made it to the semifinals last year with a VERY FAVORABLE bracket.  Crosby's record against 1st and 2nd place teams in the playoffs = 0 fer. Enjoy basketball.  Last years Crosby's baseball team was AMAZING!  Good luck to any of the returners.
