So you like to see backups play, but the starters shouldn't get pulled late in games because that could affect Round 2? I'm trying to follow you, I really am, but now I'm confused!

Crosby reminds me of a certain other team from over there a few years back who dominated the land scape while pulling their starters early because of all the big leads, Man they were alot alike, Then get into the playoffs a round or two or three and get beat by an underdog of some sort or another, it was standard for that other team. I feel like they could be sneaked up on a couple of rounds deep. Best of luck Bronx this purple brother from another mother is pulling for you. Wish this game wasnt sharing the evening with Mid County Madness............So I could attend.
Definitely shouldn't let the subs play, they only bust their humps all summer and every week during practice. It probably has a lot to do with trying to stay healthy. "Could always try to break school records though"

Kpark was small upfront on defense. Dayton will have their way on offense. The RB for Kpark runs down hill and will have a good night, but Dayton will win 45-27.

Great synopsis. SOmething I can get behind. I agree with this statement 100%. I however do believe the road to state is going to be much more difficult than last season. Crosby must play better than they have to make the trip a few miles to play for state. I believe they have all the tools but have not been up their potential.
Don't look at final scores, Crosby is trying to keep key players healthy. They aren't running up stats for records, they are pulling kids a lot earlier this year. Dayton Crosby game can't get here soon enough, Liltex, I got an XS red shirt for you to put on.

Anyone watching The Crosby Humble game knows that the game changed when #21 came into the lineup. Just like Dayton has had some injuries to deal with, Crosby has had several injuries to deal with. Humble has a really good defensive line and linebackers that are fast and hit. As always though, got to be able to stop the 25 bubble screens that Dayton will throw. Sorry about the quote thing, iPhone acting crazy on here!

Balance for Crosby was the key, my takes
1. When Williams came in the game, the running lanes opened up
2. Oh, then they had to deal with Netherly
3. Defense made some huge plays especially in the 3rd qtr after the turnovers
4. I was skeptical about Humble's coaching, call a timeout with 24 seconds on the play clock to kick an extra point and down by 17 they go for two in the 4th qtr. They fail so now it's a three possession game.
5. Humble had a pretty solid linebacking group and defensive line, they get the right guy in there and they are gonna be tough.
6. Go Crosby!

Neumann has kept basically the same staff for his entire tenure. I believe DeRouen and Barrow are his only O coordinators, and Spell his only D coordinator. Cohesivness and consistency are vital in building a COMPLETE program. Faircloth is a great qb coach and a good offensive mind. However, he has in his 6 or so year tenure had an almost 100% turnover in asst coaches. A few have left for greener pastures, and some have just left. Make of this what you will but, Im of the opinion that it hasnt necessarily been to his benefit. I see a battle for the DC this year, with no clear cut frontrunner. Im just glad we have the ace in the hole..............Neumann....... Go ahead, call me a homer!!!!!!!!

Unbiased opinion here, you have a kid that has 120 yards rushing on 5 carries, why did he only get 5 carries? Feed him, but that's my opinion.

Would you ask people with a Texas A&M or Texas logo to take them off? Nothing wrong with a Lamar degree at all, it's that piece of paper that matters. I've thrown out the invitation to come watch a game twice and you've yet to take me up on the offer. I've been to games and sat with several people from the board and it's not that bad. Maybe you'd have a different perspective if you did.

You come on here and call people turds, take a shot at mid county fans, and expect no one to say anything. Not demanding any respect, the kids play hard, clean, and well coached football. Like I said before, come to a game, it'll be pretty much like any other game in Texas. There will be fans there that know some, a lot, and nothing about football. Some will be there to watch the band, the cheerleaders, or the dance team. Nothing anyone post on here will have any bearing on Friday nights. Again, come to a game and watch the team.

If you like good football, then go check out one of their games. Hopefully, they can get healthy soon and watch the defense. Also, when they get a lead, back ups do play. Sometimes they score, sometimes they don't. Trying to stay healthy is more important than putting up 60.

You can take up for people bumping their gums all you want, but I guess I'm just old school. Be humble about it and you gain respect. Champions don't have to tell people they are good.....people know they are. You were suppose to beat the hill and put up 60+. If you ranked #2 IN TEXAS. it's like Baylor is suppose to put up 70+ on Lamar. When they do I don't think they will boast about it. Stop demanding respect for stuff your suppose to do. TE reason I liked the Walters brothers so much is I didn't see them running their mouths trying to tell people they were good. Fans are way to quick to claim greatness......mid county folks are the same way.....it usually shows when it's passed down to players running their mouths on the field as well......man I can't stand turds
You respected the Walters twins because they weren't on here running their mouths. There aren't any current players on here running their mouths either. It's funny, because I can't stand disgruntled turds either. As far as beating people by putting up 60 points on them, do a little research and see when the last time Crosby put 60 on anyone.
