I would say Indian fans need to worry about how much water gets put on the field this week and should be concerned with trying to end that streak over on that side. Neumann showed last week he is a magician, he wins this week and he might as well be the mayor of Port Neches or Groves or both. It's a meaningless ranking that puts a target on your back!

Nothing I type on here is going to influence the outcome of this game. These are 14-18 year old kids who may show up and play lights out or the bright lights might get to them. I think the difference in the game could be the fake punt or onside kick that is executed. Win the turnover battle and play as mistake free (penalties) as possible. Good luck and stay healthy!

If Crosby does not turn the ball over, they will be fine. A lot of talent they have on the outside for the 25 bubble screens they are about to see. Can't turn the ball over though that'll be the story . Either wsy they won't lose by 21 and I'll be eating me a steak courtesy of Liltex at Applebee's afterwards drinking a big bud light! Go COOGS!!!!

The two things I have seen in the past is schools are for the most part not playing kids on both sides and the better athletes are on the offensive side of the ball. Oh, last thing, tackling is a lost art. Some schools do get the better players in on spots that do help on both sides, I just think it could be done some more

Depends on how many fake punts happen in this one and what part of the field they happen on!

Last 3 years Crosby has made the playoffs they've played at a neutral site.

I got 3 touchdowns, I like my chances!

I'll humor you, anybody who knows anything about football know these rankings and $1.25 will get you a cup of coffee (unless it's Starbucks). Crosby is ranked 21st in this poll. Annnnnnnndddd doesn't make em any better or any worse, means nothing. Got an open date this week and next week it's Dayton. Hopefully I'll be eating me a juicy steak on Liltex. Look at the ranked teams in college football that lost this past weekend, rankings helped them a lot didn't it. All they do is put an unnecessary target on your back.

When his mental game catches up with his physical make up he'll be hard to deal with. I think sometimes we look at a kids physical make up and expectations get set too high. He's what 15 years old. Just got to make sure he catches the ball first before he runs from what I saw last night. There will be a big difference in his progress between is Sophomore and junior years. The problem is they need his production now with losing the other big kid on the outside.

I was talking about 4th down when they were punting in the 4th qtr. Too risky to have him trying to make a tackle or catching a bling side block. I think you take him out in that situation.
-
When the game was well in hand in the 4th qtr I don't know why you leave Morse in the game on 4th down punt situations. Obvious punt situations when you're not going to go for it or quick kick. That's a perfect time for some extra contact that he doesn't need. PNG misses that big boy on the outside, I think they'll be tough in that district though and will make it out of the first round then it depends on the matchup in the second. GCM needs to quit playing hot potato with the pigskin.
-
Achilles heel could be the kicking game for PNG.
-
I'm sitting right behind Little Tex right now and he doesn't know.
-
PNG just needs to get out of here healthy! Couple of key injuries.

I'm on my way, no more scoring til I get there.

man ive stated in another thread about this very thing happening (grades) not specifically about King but in general.[/quote
I was thinking the same thing Mr G, in another thread talking about who was going beat who, I believe I said something like there are too many variables like injuries and grades. Hopefully the kids get it together, success it hard to handle sometimes when you haven't had any in a while. -
How is open in trouble????
-
Not very good up front on both sides, no very skilled at the skill positions, QB is an ok scrambler, kicker is pretty good.
-
It's a lot like Crosby Dayton, doesn't matter the talent level on the field, it's a rivalry game and Neumann always gives them a chance. PNG has weapons but they are already down one. Hopefully all of the kids stay healthy.

I think Nederland csn beat PNG
I think Dayton could beat Crosby -
Dayton and Crosby are quite the rivals (not quite the magnitude of PNG/Nederland) but it's getting there. Both sides mark that date on the calendar each year. What's funny is the kids that talk actually get along. Coug14 normally brings stats in the discussion ok always brings stats that he basis his opinions on and some people take it the wrong way. He tries to not just give an opinion, but wants to substantiate why he feels a certain way in my opinion (don't want to speak for him). I new to Crosby so I don't know why the rivalry is like this but I've heard that a few years back Dayton had a player injured and Crosby showed some bad sportsmanship. Different coach in town now though.

If it were me, I would've waited til the Bum bowl and broke em out then for the first time.
