Too many things can happen before then, including injuries and when do grades come out? Each year it seems like some teams lose a contributor to grades that has an impact. Galena Park this week, probably going to work on the passing game a little and try to stay healthy.

Nah, cougar fans will still be on here either way. Oh, yeah Crosby has had some D 1 talent , has several kids now that are getting offers, but it's the kids that are in the program that wouldn't be because of the coaches that are there now. Summer work out program used to be just football players, now it's full of kids that play all sports, boys and girls. Hopefully your football tradition rich school has the same.

In the last two years of the playoffs they also lost to some pretty good teams. I wouldn't say they choked. Elgin was what top 5-6 in the state, and Manor was somewhere in that range as well. Unfortunately after they dispose of the other district this year (unless it's PNG) the second round match up doesn't look favorable again. It's a long season and hopefully they continue to get better and stay healthy.

I watched a little video on angleton and they run the ball extremely well.

Only part of the field that'll be wet game time is outside of the hashes near the numbers, you know, where Dayton throws those bubble screens. Between the hashes where the Bullfogs run, footing will be pristine! Dang sprinkler system malfunctions a lot over there!

Looked small upfront, a lot better when Seay was in there, I thought Crosby could've run right at you a little more and they dropped a couple of passes. Some bright spots and a couple of nice plays. Your line needs to get better though in my opinion.

King has improved the last couple of years especially being a lot more disciplined on the field.

This kind of how y'all's season started last year, I see some adjustments being made, you'll see a ball control team next week though. Crosby left some points out there last night though so Dayton will get in the thirties.

I noticed he didn't throw the flag either, but that was the same official that when Crosby lined up for the field goal the Ref had to point him under the goal post where he was supposed to be. I thought Crosby should've ran the ball a little more. When you're ripping off 5-8 yards a pop, why throw it until the other team stops it? Guess that's why I sit in the stands and watch though.

The 3rd quarter is the best I've seen the defense play in 3 years. The defensive line really played well overall and it looked like they brought the linebackers more after Seay went out. You guys know what kind of team you have but it might be better served with Seay at receiver and full time on the defensive side after watching. Hopefully he holds up for the year if stays there because he's gonna get hit a lot. Good luck the rest of the way!

Bro the ball was clearly touched before it went 10 yards, logon to hudl and take a look. Ray Charles could've called that. Refs through a lot of flags on both sides. Both sides have a lot clean up, I don't know if your QB can withstand a full season of running left, running right, and running up the middle. Hope he's ok and it was just cramps, kid can play.

It's been raining off and on this morning, sun is shining right now. Good luck parking though, its probably bad on the visitors side all jokes aside.
