Well, I am not too upset. UCLA will probably be the best and most athletic team (with the possible exception of Kansas) A&M will play the rest of the year until tournament play and the game was out there. The performance today bodes well for the rest of the season. A loss is a loss, but I think the Ags represented themselves well.

bleh. Hopefully they can put this behind them and be ready to play UCLA on saturday.

Also, this is just my opinion here, but if you want to prop up a local player that you think might not be getting enough respect, thats great. But don't try and do that by putting down another player or belittling their accomplishments.

my main point was that you were saying what happened to A&M thought they were going to beat Texas but then they lose to Rice. Well, no one said the woman were going to beat Texas because no one cares enough to talk trash about that. It didn't make any sense that you would post a score from a woman's game in support of this message: when no one was even talking about womans bball. Which, rightly or wrongly, is true of fan bases from both sides. When you posted the Rice score you thought it was from a men's game. By the way, the Aggies play two top ten teams on the road within the next week, so there will certainly be a good chance for them to lose a game.

Well A&M's simming and diving beat Texas and the soccer won the Big XII Championship, and A&M golf won the Big XII and beat Texas, and the track team is the preseason pick to be national champions.....come on now. Both schools have strong athletic programs. Is that so hard to admit? Sports Illustarted rated the best fall athletic programs (football, basketball, hockey, volleyball, soccer, etc) and this is their rankings.
