I'm also excited to see the renovations done to Reed Arena. They put in a new scoreboard and are installing ribbon boards all around.

It will be interesting to see how Childress does in his second year. We will be relying heavily on young players. Hopefully the growing pains won't be too bad.

They have been mostly overlooked this offseason due to the excitement surrounding the men's team at A&M, but these girls and Coach Blair deserve some attention and respect. Some publications have them as a preseason top 10, and all the others a top 15 team.

Can't wait for basketball season. Looking at the schedule, its great to see all those televised games. A few years ago A&M basketball was never on tv. Billy Clyde has really done an amazing job. From ESPN A&M is an ESPN preseason top 10. :shock:

People in College Station are starting to get excited about Williams.

God, I hope not. The big money guys have been meeting and putting together money for a certain coach, and I think that a lot of people would be disapointed if the hire ended up being Briles. While I don't think A&M will get the coach that the M/Billionaires club think we will get, there are quite a few on the wish list ahead of Briles. This is assuming that Dollar Bill would be willing to fire Fran after this season, which I don't believe he will.
