Dobie is by far the Surprise Team In The Playoffs after knocking off another district champ (North Shore and Hightower) finishing 4th in there division. I guess a team can get hot and win with no elite or superstar players roster.

WOW one of Yates worst teams in a decade and they lost less then 5 games this season, won there division and has advanced to the regional tournament for the 5th conservative year. Trying to wrap my head around some of the statements that are made on this site, for example a team that finishes third in there division, loss in the first or second round of the playoffs and some say they had a great season. WOW

Yes I was referring to State Championships. At this stage of the playoffs every team has an above average to elite player or the entire team gets hot at the right time.

The only way Furr is competitive is both coaches agree to run the clock 30 minutes before tip off I would put my money on Silsbee Girls beating Furr by double digits Furr should win the tip, score and Hold the ball for 31 minutes

WOW, was Nederland missing any of their players??? Kingwood Park is a ok team. I assumed playing Central & Ozen would prepare Nederland for a deep run in the playoffs, and Nederland Coach would be the difference against Kingwood Park

Hey I have a crazy idea for The Area Round Of The Playoff between Elkins vs Central & Bush vs Ozen Lets play those games in the same Arena. The revenue those two games would generate would be GREAT.
