2.
I believe Lunceford, Langois, Parks and Nicotre from the O line should get the nod.
And Braud.

What do I have to be jealous of?
cause they still in the playoffs and you not..... *leaves room* closes door*
ditto----the dog runs off w/tail between legs
Go easy on him there fells.  I've known Baddog on these boards for many yrs., and I know he was just poking fun at us looking ahead (and rightly so).  I've never known him to show animosity towards PNG, Dayton, or anyone else.  He made a valid  point tho.   I'm on here for the enjoyment...not throwing daggers at people we don't even really know.  [img][Hidden Content]]
 4.
Proud, I think you hurt the little doggies feelings.
It's all in good fun....key word being FUN.
Drew first blood? Both of you were looking ahead. I was trying to bring you back to earth. That's cool though. I was wondering who the first one would be.
I NEVER looked ahead.     I don't do that.  period. Besides,  I understand that it's just your extreme jealousy coming out.  I understand.  It'll be o.k.  There's always next yr.

 8. Agreed.  Faircloth, although is doing great things, no doubt,  is still new here, and not established,  at least not to the extent of Hooks, Neuman and the likes.
 9. You're right about that tvc.  And always out of the wind.  Great place for small boats.
 10. Gonna go with Dayton on this one.  LM has gotten a lot better,  but I just don't see them hanging with those purple people.
 11.
Birds in Taylors dailey with specks in sand trout under them along with a red every now and then...
Taylor's Outfall Canal?  Haven't fished there in yrs.  Don't like parking under that overpass.
 12.
I had a discussion with a guy that graduated a couple of years ago...asked him which team, in his opinion, talked and played the dirtiest...he said PNG. ha ha. go figure.
And THIS is supposed to carry a lot of weight or something?  [img][Hidden Content]] Well I guess THIS settles it then!
 13.
I've been hearing about Manvel all season. if what im hearing is right they should win. BUT i think PNG puts up another half a hundred in this one.
Nothng wrong with being the underdog.  The main thing is that we stayed healthy...and hungry!
 14.
Thanks....not the place I normally go but works.  What's up with PNGindians.com?
we've been having some glitches.  I've had to type in "www.PNGIndans.com" in order to get there.  My link on my favorites doesn't seem to be working at the moment.
 15.
Not trying to be-little PNG because we've always had pretty mutual respect for each other but I truly believe that you guys might be in for a rude awakening? I've seen some silly posts (homer-like) on this thread that have absolutely no merit in the outcome of this game but to be fair I've seen others that are valid claims, just not as much as the before mentioned. You guys have one common opponent and while I'm not sold on making comparisons like that because match-ups vary so much it's typically not a smart thing to go by but with the obvious scoring out comes it's just a little too obvious to overlook completely. Manvel completely dismantled TC 46-15 while PNG fell to TC 22-20. I took note where someone said TC played poorly in the second half of the season but with the exception of Ball High anyone could beat anyone in our district on any given night so that observation holds little water. I'm not sure if it was in this thread or the Dayton/LM thread but to the person who ridiculed Santa Fe you have no idea about the quality of SF's play this year. They managed to put a chink in Fw's armor (only loss) and they also totally destroyed Barbers Hill (35-7) who was a playoff team from the triangle while Santa Fe missed out on the playoffs due to a head to head loss to LM. In no way do I consider myself a high school football God of any sort but you guys better contain both of those QB's they rotate because they both can run and pass the ball very well. I know one is a D-1 prospect and I think the other is being looked at also by college recruiters. If you have a serious stud at the RB position you may find success running the ball as T.Wright had a track meet on them when we played each other which opened up the passing game. I'm not sure what their turnover ratio is overall but they turned it over to us 3 times and 3 times to Terry so that might be something you guys may capitalize on? To be quite honest, when all is said and done I truly believe Manvel is the team that will come out of this region but like they say that's why they play the games!
Only 1 small correction...Barbers Hill is NOT from the Triangle.  ;D Thanks for the assessment 88
 16. I went in the North end Sat. morn.  Wind was kinda light, but increased as the morning progressed.  Not near as many birds as I expected to find, and really had to work for them.  Caught around 10 trout and 2 reds,  but only kept 4/1.  My 13 yr. old caught a 25:" red and keeper trout at the same time.  He had a blast, and that made my day too.
 17.
my stepdad is having a kidney removed in the morning, so i've asked him to see if they'll give him a piece of it.  i want to take it out there and see if i can catch anything off of it.  it'd be a heck of a story to be able to say that i caught a big bull red with part of his kidney :)
And my wife calls ME a sicko!  LOL
 18.

wow hum398 you have posted that twice about your thoughts, well my friend  i watched your 3 d-1 recruits and i wasnt impressed they didnt get any pressure on the smaller central offense at all. I will say this the better team lossed in your game and it was the  better coaching won in YOUR game. Centrals sophmore  qb  did a  great job against a very big humble defense. If the coaches would have  spread the defense out  and continued the qb draw they would not have lost, unfortuneatly one of the three penalties the refs happened to throw was the one that brought back the winnin td for central and give yall the game. you will not get passed the next round, your offense didnt really show me  nothing but you might have had a off week for all  i know, but it will all end next week. Good luck though and go post on someone elses threads yours arent needed here. Our team played hard and so did willis, everyone knew it was gonna be a shootout and it was, as far as i am concerned the better team did advance and the team who did all the taunting got what is deserved and that was a loss. The willis band did a awesome job all night and it was a great experience  to watch, i have no voice due to the fact that i was leading the defense chants on the one key drive where we did make the winning stop! Our defense is beat up and we will need some great COACHING this next round, MANVEL is the real deal and we must prepare, win or lose  next week i am proud to watch my ndns week in week out. It has been a heck of a rollercoaster ride .
::) Hey, all i know is that i am dumbfounded on how PNG held Central to 14pts....and allowed Willis to score 47.   Im trying to approach this with the same logic that was brought forth in the Humble-Central thread... I really do wish PNG the best of luck, i believe yall have a good squad.  I am not sure what happened defensively.  As i have watched that Willis team 4-5 times, and they shouldn't of given you that much of a problem if the Central game was any indication on how good yalls Defense was. Best of luck Indians.
Hum398,  For the Central game,  the PNG D played it's best game of the season.  We hoped that they would keep it up[, but they haven't.  Last night they played about 2/3 as good as they did against  Central.  I just hope they can kick it up a couple more notches for next week.
 19.

I've heard they are a heavy passing team.
For the season they averaged 176 passing yds (total 2146 yds) and 209 rushing yds (total 2640 yds).
Goody.  I like those odds a little better.
 20. 21.
Most of us live what 20 minutes from the Butch and there were people there waiting at 10:30AM...............I wouldn't call that fan base slipping.  Trust me next week we will be leaving in the early AM also.
10:30???  Really?  What,  do some people actually not know how to tell time or something?  I'm all for getting there early,  but 10:30?  Give me a break!
 22.

Actually rollinac,  I wish our band played more often when the other team has the ball.  We don't do it often enough.  Willis did it ALL NIGHT LONG...good for them.
I agree too.  We need to definitely play more when the other team has the ball. A good strategy. It was pretty cool how the Willis band sounded like a freight train coming down the tracks with the whistle blowing...
Yeah,  I kinda liked that too.  A LOT better than bringing a "train whistle" to the game.  So, annoying!
