PNG Proud

It only took 1 series for PNG to adjust to Vidors offense. That first series had me pretty concerned tho. I was proud of the Indians for playing a good, 4 quarters. We've GOT to cut out all those personal fouls tho. They're killing us! Good game Pirates.

Wow, those Livingston folks really did vacate the premises, didn't they. We haven't heard a peep from them all weekend! Who do they play this week?

We pulled our backfield 2nd quarter. Ran the same play the entire second half with 2nd 3rd and 4th string backs. Asked coach to run the clock 2nd half and he refused twice. The final score was 36-7 Sorry you feel this way by no means were we running score up. Have too many friends in mid county and went to school there till my jr. year. If PNG WHITE would put that Abel kid in backfield to run the ball it would help them. He runs hard and hits hard. He will help a kid up after he makes them see little birdies. Seems like a good kid. We made some REAL bonehead mistakes (and I'm sure you know what I'm referring to). The "more" I was referring to was towards the end, when time was running down, ya'll called a Time Out, instead of letting the time run out. It appeared like yall were trying to score again, but you may have needed to get some players on the books too. We've had to do that before too. Nothing but Kudos to the BC team. Nice, polite kids that played real hard. I hate to lose, but when I do, I don't mind (as much) losing to good people. As far Abel goes, you're right about his athleticism, but our blocking is not what it needs to be, in order to make plays work. Our QB is really good, but as often as he gets hit, it ruffles his feathers. In practice, he throws darts, but game time is rainbows. Too E-Z to int. I enjoyed the game tho. Probably be a cold day in h____ before PNG plays Nederland in Beaumont! Scalp 'em, Indians! That could actually happen, if PNG/NED meet up again in the playoffs one day. If Lamar Stadium is not avail., we'd have to go out of town to handle the crowd, and remain neutral. Unless we were to flip home for home.

thank you for the support i know coach faircloth and the boys will try their hardest, but i expect to see yall at the playoff games sitting right beside us as we have supported each other in the past ;D Dude, get that off this thread. We ain't thinkin about supportin you in the playoffs right now, that's a tad premature, we may be busy. Forget it Penny. Some people think PNG's already won the trophy. I hate that. I prefer to let each game play out as it may. (HOWEVER, if someone talks trash, I WILL call them out on it, if need be.) I apologize for some of these overzealous fans.

Hey Piratefootball, don't you have it backwards? Didn't the Almighty Dave Campbell pick Snuff Gully to win the district championship and PNG like #6? Therefore, WE are the underdogs and VIDOR is the team to beat! Just thought I'd clear that up for ya. But, I know that you knew all that already.

Not so, but believe what you will. It's PNG/Vidor week. I don't expect you to agree with ANYTHING I say.

You seem a bit sensitive to me, but, I know you'll say I'm biased, and I probably am, just like you. So, I'll let the other mods determine if "tuck his shirt in" is indeed bashing. I find it humorous, but hey, I try to find humor in just about everything. Now, to me, "bashing" would be something like..."Man, your coach is an idiot" or "Our coach has got to go. He's stupid and we'll never win another game with him". But, again, I'll let the other unbiased mods make that determination.

How about curtailing this? Its against the rules and your a MOD And what does that mean?
