Thanks 34. We enjoyed having the BH folks. A clas program, no doubt. BH has a very well coached team, and should have won last night, but for errors. I'm writing those off as 1st night jitters. Alot of hustle on both sides of the ball, and some fast guys too. You'll do fine this season. Good Luck!

Wow, you're the first one to say it wasn't that nice (but in the next breath, you said "it was nice") You must have been one of the officials (or at least had the same eyesight). You know, first you say it's a complete pass, then you say incomplete! Or, you let players bump each other all night, then at the end, throw a flag when 2 players reach the ball at the same time... very inconsistent... like your post. I'm glad you had a miserable time. Do us both a favor, and don't come back again. We'll all be happier in the end.

I was way off on this one. BH's QB is some kind of athlete...and tough too. He took some real shots, but bounced right up. It was obvious that BH came to win. They were very well coached too, except for maybe protecting the ball. Those 7 or so turnover in the 1st half just killed them, cuz they were certainly moving the ball with ease. They'll get better for sure, and make some noise in their district. PNG needs some work on protecting the QB and in the trenches. Except for the 4th Q, they just couldn't open any holes (a testiment to BH's defense). I think Doty looked good at QB, and he has some good height, speed and reads the field well. Too many dropsies on our side too. And the back to back 12 men in a huddle cost us BIG TIME.....stoooopid! Overall, it was an exciting game at the end, because you just weren't sure who would win. WOW, you sure are proud. Whipped is the word you use, if you say so. png's offense was decent. We (MHS) can't figure out 3rd and 10 to save our lives,That's been our Achilles heel for 5 years. Offense moved the ball at will from 20 to 20, with the run and the pass. So (Proud) please controll your composure. Relax GOAT. It was all in good fun, in case you couldn't tell. But if you know ANYTHING AT ALL about Titan, "whipped" would have been the nicest word that he would have used, had the table been turned. But, in retrospect, compared to how Titan (for years) had been talking about PNG being "afraid" to play PAM, I think "whipped" would indeed be an appropriate term, since PAM should have slaughtered PNG, at least according to Titan. And, if he were still on here, you also know how much trash he would have talked BEFORE the game, which would also justify the term "whipping". I've been around football long enough to know that 21-17 was not a true whipping, unless it was a 2-A handing it to say a 5-A or somethng like that. PAM has some real athletes, that's for sure. Also, I hope the injured kid turns out O.K.

I don't think it counted. Kicks / punts were blown dead. Yeah, I didn't know they couldn't advance a fumble in scrimmage. I was leaving as this happened. Good thing for PAM that this rule applies.

I'm sorry fellas. I just had to do that for him, with all the grief he was dishing out about us not playing them. I'll try not to let it happen again.

I'd love to hear his excuses as to why my 4-A team whipped his 5-A team tonight. I know, I know, it's only a scrimmage, and I don't put much stock in them myself, but it's the only head to head game those 2 teams will play this year, and Titan was always spouting off about how PNG was too scared to play them. I guess we're not scared of them anymore.

Depends on how they set up the scrimmage. Are they doing any kicking? Yes, they were kicking, but no big contact on the kick returner. He was esentially down where he fielded the ball. In this case, he fumbled the punt, and PNG scooped it up and ran it in. It appeared to be a score to me. No scores on the scoreboard.

I suppose the fielded fumblezd punt that was returned for a TD didn't count? If so, it's 28-17. Only playing 3 qtrs.
