OF COURSE IT'S CURSED!!! So much so, that no team that we play there over the next 10 yrs will ever need to prepare for us at all. The "cures" will do it all for them. All they gotta do is just show up, and then go home with a "W". (Just trying to put a subliminal message in some coaches minds)

Anytime race gets fire up on here, things start to get ugly, and nothing gets settled anyway, so, If the subject doesn't change, Soulja won't have to delete it...I'll just lock the whole thread. It's pretty ridiculous at this point.

I wasn't at the game, and I have no opinion of what happened, but, IF someone leaves the bench, on either side, to join into a fight, that is NOT "defending yourself".

Ya'll have problems its kids playing football for crying out loud. Two grown men on the same side! just plain stupied!!!!!!!!!!! no joke man 1 losing season and its the end of the world... yall need some serious psychiatric help... Vidor Pirate, sorry if it seems odd that other teams aren't accustomed to losing, like alot of Vidor folks are. We're just not used to it. We certainly aren't used to getting beat by Vidor AND Lumberton in the same year. Of course, I know in Vidor, a couple of wins may constitute a winning season, but at PNG our expectations are SSSOOOOO much higher (obviously). We'll be back, that's a guarantee, but every team has a cycle, and we're in the downturn of ours. Enjoy this season, especially if you make the playoffs, cuz you KNOW it will be a llllooonnnnggggg time coming around again.

uvery vidor-png game at the reservation since 5 years or so ago ive been to and yes i have got alot of crap from the png fans while i left the reservation... but i won't go into that Hey, we have our "Village Idiots" too!

Now Scooter..PNG hasn't been picked to win district since the 70's...or close to it.

I haven't been "impressed" w/ the Indians all year. Can't figure it out either. I think it boils down to the O Line...or lack of it.

I guess it depends on where you were rated, to say if someone is "Overrated". LaMarque was picked in the higher brackets in the state, but started 0-3. They're playing much better now, but that may classify as overrated more than PNG, who's in a tough, unpredictable district, was not picked to win district in the 1st place (rarely are), and are struggling in some areas where they normally excell (O-Line). The lack of the line's success has influenced both Wright's running and Tatum's time to pass. Between Ned and Liv, Tatum was on his back more then the entire last 2 seasons (I'm guessing). I'm not sure if "overrated" is the proper term, since they weren't exactly "rated" to begin with, but they have certainly not played to the potential that many, incl. myself, thought they would. They may make the playoffs, but they will have to improve in alot of areas to go very far. And Penny, Whoever said that PNG/NED were "equal in talent" have been using the really long Q-tips. Ned's talent far surpassed PNG's last week. We were never really in the game and, although some can argue about the officials, none of the calls really made a different in the overall outcome. I'm hopeful that we'll come around, but time will tell.

Congrats 88. I was getting updates from C4L throughout the game, so I know it was a very exciting match to watch. Looks like the Coogs are improving ea. week. wish I could say the same.

Man, I HATE playing at LCM for 2 reasons... 1) they make the visitors walk all the way around the whole stadium and go in through the home side to get to the visitors side (wonder why they don't open those other gates) and 2) that awesomely obnoxious, biased announcer. At least this year, there won't be too many "BEARS 1ST DOWNS!!!"
