At the rate this is headed with wanting the removal of statues and exhuming bodies from graves, the statue of Sam Houston may be next. Hell, may have to rename SHSU. All this because Sam Houston was a slave owner. Ppl this is all a part of our history, whether we like it or not. I have not read where anyone on here said that racism did not exist. I don't care what is said about that flag, it was not designed as a symbol of racism.

Could we consider the founding Fathers of our great nation evil traitors. They felt strongly about their beliefs, just as the Confederate States did. By the way, our founding fathers owned many slaves. The Confederate flag does not mean racism. Some ppl need to put their big boy pants on and quit crying racism over anything they can construe as racism. I am not naive to the fact that racism exists, but the Confederate flag was never intended as a racist symbol. Get over it!!

No matter what I think of Zimmerman you are correct. He was found not guilty by a jury of his peers. As far as him on the war path again, he was the one shot at. I still can't get over how ppl think that Trayvon was the innocent one in this ordeal.

If u are referring to my statements, I never said he deserved to be killed. But everyone seems to want to paint Trayvon as being innocent, including the national media that used a pic of him as a 13 year old. Believe Trayvon was as much of a thug as Zimmerman, but with that being said don't try to make it sound as if I support Zimmerman.

He was 17 and attacked Zimmerman. I wouldn't call that a child.
