Simply apologize and everything is hunky dory. Also, Cuomo being asked to “step down” due to sexual accusations. I guess, if you hold public office, you can commit felonies and simply “step down”. This might not be a popular opinion, but she should not have resisted arrest. She should have complied, gone to jail, made bail, then sue for false arrest. Just my opinion. That and $1.50 will get you a cup of coffee. I understand her point, I really do. But she could have avoided all of that tussling. I respect her stance because it is not a law. I also respect private businesses who ask that you wear a mask, no shirt, no shoes, no service, and NO, I’m not baking a cake for a gay wedding.

I will say this about the hungry kids. Lots of them are hungry because momma had better things to do with her money. Lots of Americans have been out of work (and making more on unemployment than they would if they were working) during this pandemic. When I had to draw benefits, I had to actively seek employment. Guess that wasn’t a requirement this time around. All in all, what the heck is $1400 going to do for anyone?

My older dog has lost teeth and Target sells the soft food he likes. Only reason I go there. I have been to several restaurants and worn no mask. Still see people wearing them but none have questioned me about not wearing one. Went to Sam’s and the polite lady at the door asked if I wanted a mask, to which I replied, “No thank you”. Went right on in with no problems.
