Fairclothe Going off at someone in stands
baddog replied to Stattrax's topic in High School Football
That's ok. I think it had to be pretty bad for the HC to go after a fan. Never seen that before, but Faircloth has my respect for doing it. Guess that wasn't my last post. Lol -

I wasn't there so I can't possibly know what was said or who it was directed towards, but my educated guess would be that, being up 40+ points, lots of subs should get a chance to play. This was probably the parent of a kid who was still on the bench. Hey, but what do I know? My last post on the subject. -

Unless you know all players and their parents, there's a good chance you are sitting next to the player's parents. That could get interesting. No dog in this fight but kudos to your coach. -

Not sure. Can they touch the tax reductions?

How so? I'm no loser.

Don't know. There is already a "Shug" thread. 20 years from now that they will be talking Shug stats against Nederland. Guess they have forgotten the 3 straight undefeated district championships Neumann had just before retiring. If we play turnover free ball, we should win this game.
-
Back to the Nederland game.... I think Nederland settles down and plays turnover free ball and takes this one at home 31-17.

Roy Clark, country music legend and 'Hee Haw' star, dead at 85
baddog replied to LumRaiderFan's topic in The Locker Room
He was more talented than probably most people know. He could have played a rubber band strung between a broom handle and a #3 washtub. His Achilles was his voice. Think he was a good guy. R.I.P. -
Yeah, after he even ran out of bounds.

Looks like he stepped out at the one.

A 5 year old girl hadn't talked for her entire life. Her parents thought there was something wrong with her. One morning at breakfast, she screamed at her mother, "You burned my dad gum toast". Her relieved mother asked her why she hadn't spoken till now? She said, "Up till now, everything has been alright".

What a POS. Hope he gets to meet Big Russ.

When did the media become more powerful than the president of the United States?

Couldn't agree more. You don't win 11 in a row in the NFL on a fluke. I'll say it over and over.....the big difference in Dak's rookie of the year season and this one is Zeke. Since Zeke has been neutralized early this season, the whole offense had to come from Dak. Reminds me of Warren Moon and the Oilers. Moon had to be perfect every week for Houston to win. Hey, but that's for another day.

Man I like you hindsight people. Jags have been a disappointment for sure. Still wasn't a bad pick at the time.

I was the oldest surviving male of the family since my Dad and older brother had passed on so I was effectively ineligible for the draft and never served. Dad was a merchant marine in WWII. The MM was not considered a member of the armed forces back then. Now, I think they are. An uncle I never knew was MIA. Mom always thought he would just show up some day. Knowing her, she probably still hopes for that day. She is 95. I give thanks all the time for the servicemen who are serving and who have given their lives so that my family and I can live in the greatest country the world has ever seen. Can't comprehend anyone feeling any differently. THANK YOU!

Used to be journalism. Now it is investigative reporting. Acosta is named correctly. All he does is accost the president. Absolutely no journalistic bones in his body.

Apologize for not knowing evey player. Thought I heard an announcer refer to him as a freshman.
