Now they seem to want to acquire washed up players while trading away our future. Astros used to have one of the top farm teams.
We’ve been winning until the past 3 games with what we’ve got. Verlander and Garcia are not far away from returning. I am always on the lookout for a clutch bat rather than a washed up pitcher.
Well, I’m by no means an expert, but it seems to me we don’t need a starting pitcher, who is having a bad year, to a one year deal and replace our up and coming players for the sake of “win now”.
