  1. Well.... It was San Jose State, but we did what we were supposed to do to them. What else is there to a cupcake game?

    Irma...

Rick Scott is not waiting for someone to tell him what to do. No can stop the onslaught of Irma. All he can do is try to make his people as safe as possible....unlike Nagin, who was only a mayor. Scott can handle an entire state.
  3. Alright Zeke!!!! I hope he sues the crap out of the NFL and Goodell. Judge blocks Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott's 6-game suspension [Hidden Content]

    Irma...

She hasn't hit warm Gulf water yet. They are predicting a Cat 3 after hitting Cuba. That can save a lot of lives and structures right there. Like some idiots in this country, I can't wish this on anyone no matter who they are. Just don't come here right now. We have already been devastated. Jose right behind Irma and will take a similar path just a tad more easterly.
  8. Trump is responsible for Harvey and Irma? Some people don't deserve to breathe the same air as me.
  9. Some OCs like to get cute with their play calling while owning a huge lead. You know, open up the playbook and see what else they can do. The HC can always step in and put a stop to it. Can't figure what happened to the defense after holding them down for so long. Guess that's football.

    Irma...

You will be looking at my taillights.
  11. First game tomorrow night vs. Mariners.
  12. The only thing you got out of Reb's post is Irving street? FYI, Irving street is the main thoroughfare to Exxon/Mobil from Washington Blvd. It tees into Buford where the old Hotel Dieu hospital used to be. A black guy from Beaumont who doesn't know where Irving street is located. Will wonders never cease?
  13. Not seeing the game, and with 35 points scored in 1 1/2 quarters, I had to think multiple turnovers or punt returns. Someone said they could have taken a knee and avoided a loss. Clock can be run from the start of second half with a huge lead. Running the ball eats up lots of clock.
  14. I didn't' see the game at all. Satellite not giving me local channels yet. From what I have read, Ags built a huge lead running the ball down their throats. Wrecking crew was holding UCLA to 10 or less. Ags end up throwing the ball with a huge lead......RUN CLOCK! Cant tell what all happened, but must have been some pick sixes and fumble returns. Maybe a punt return.....wasn't posted. Will look at stat page today.
  15. Ten Things that we Learned from the Texas Flood 2017 1. AT&T sucks and Verizon is owned by a Cajun. 2. The Cajun Navy and Texan Navy is better equipped than the Fed Govt and is much faster. 3. Race does not divide us, the media divides us. 4. CNN stands for Covers Negative News and CN stands for Cajun Navy. 5. We will find the means to cook in any situation 6. All Lives Matter including Animals 7. No water is too deep nor too shallow for passage. 8. A Cajun and a Texan can launch a boat anywhere including roadways. 9. Our strength is " Togetherness " 10. Under no circumstances will we be defeated Copy and paste as your status ðð»
  16. I have wondered for a long time why we couldn't go after Soros. Seize his assets.....the only way to hurt a billionaire.....right in the pocketbook. Always remember.....after money, comes POWER.
  17. Oh heck no.....blm. If I were black, you would certainly be the person I would want leading me.....LMAO.
  18. Does anyone know if they have opened up the flood gates @ Rodair Gulley? If they would, I could go home.
  19. You are so full of it you didn't leave any for the rest of the idiots.
  20. That should even it out and also provide justification.
  21. Well, Harvey is coming to share some of his power with maybe a few of these idiots. Enjoy.
  22. We were detoured at Nederland avenue, which is where we were headed anyway. Saw on the news, after you cross 365 on 69 South, it became lake Port Arthur. Never saw that before now. Prayers to those folks.
  23. Thanks, I am with kinfolk in Nederland. Niece and husband drove through high water to pick us up at Church in LaBelle where sheriff's department dropped us off from boat rescue. I consider myself blessed. Appreciate the offer.
  24. Neighbor stayed behind because hit sits much higher than me. Checked my house and says the water got no higher than when I left and has receded some. Hopefully spared my truck. Lost my barn contents but things are looking up. Of course I am glad that we survived, but now that I am safe, those material things are what I have sweated for all my life and some are not replaceable. My prayers are with everyone affected by this terrible storm.
  25. Got out ok. Probably a total loss.
