You remind me of a man i used to work with. When my Cowboys won the Superbowl in ‘92, th first thing he said to me was “I bet they don't win it next year”. Sounds like profit sharing to me. You could pay people a lower wage and offer profit sharing and still keep your good people. The “want it now” crowd ruins it for everybody.
