  1. Everything is a conspiracy. Geeeeez.
  2. .....because she was getting back at his wife who accused her of duping him out of millions. The recording is what I didn't like, but people think I am defending Sterling. I am about everyone's rights.
  3. ....and Bradshaw was laughed off the field. Next.
  4. AAW, I know you are a Cowboy hater so if this scenario came to fruition, wouldn't it be a double-edged sword for you?
  5. So now making racist remarks and being held accountable only applies to sports franchise owners. Soulja, you seem to be a level headed guy. I have never defended Sterling's remarks. Please show me where I have. Defending what he said and defending his right to say it and his right to privacy are totally different things. In order for you and me to have our rights, they must apply to everyone....even the undesirables. You don't have to follow the Panthers to sit idly by and let them make their known racist agendas. You said they would even say it without being drunk, yet they are not condemned for saying it. It's just the way they are. Isn't this a double standard?
  6. Sterling was not drunk. He made racist remarks and will be held accountable. My drinking example, which is a good one, shows how we can all say things that we may regret, even under the influence, when if recorded, can ruin lives. It is the recording that bothers me. Just trying to show no matter the situation, we can be held accountable even if what we said was while we are drunk......and I said I have witnessed many people say regretful things while drunk. Does not matter, you said them anyway. Why is this not a good example? I never said Sterling was drunk. Noticed you completely dodged the Panther bugging question.
  7. Who said he was drunk? Another point missed. No way I am trying to justify what he said. Why is this so hard to understand? Like I said earlier, no one here will ever "admit" that they have said some private things, that if recorded, would embarrass them or even ruin them, drunk or not. Please go back and show where I have said he is justified for saying those things. How about we bug the Panther headquarters, and we know they are racist ahead of time. Oops, that would be violating their constitutional rights. What is the difference?
  8. Just saw on the news, the woman who recorded that conversation and exposed Sterling is a woman that Sterling's wife accused of seducing her husband and bilking him out of millions of dollars. The woman said she would get back at her by taping Sterling. Isn't life grand?
  9. PAMFAM, do you miss points intentionally? I'll tell you what. You and I can go out and have a few beers and I'll bring a tape recorder. I'd bet the house that I can ruin your life. I think what Sterling said is unforgiveable. I also think he was set up. Why else was that conversation taped? After those beers loosen up that tongue, Twitter or Facebook would have a field day with you. I'd also be willing to bet that you would claim it was unfair of me to post what you said. I used to hit the bar scene and have witnessed many people say things they would never say sober.
  10. Read my statement again Dove. I said nothing about race. I said anything in private. I may not agree with what you say ( which is most of the time), but I will defend your right to say it. We also have rights to privacy which were ignored in this case. No one is saying what Sterling said was right. PNG fan understands what I meant. Why don't you?
  11. Sterling made racist comments. I have no problem sayin that. Now, repeat after me.....I have said things in private that I would never want the world to hear. You will deny that forever.
  12. Kareem Abdul Jabbar says that he does not like what Sterling said at all, but that whoever recorded what he said and made it public, is guilty of criminal charges in California. Sterling's rights were violated. I wonder how many people could survive such an ordeal.....having their private conversations recorded. Of course I don't expect anyone around here would be guilty of impure thoughts or off color comments. Something to think about really.
  13. Let's start judging by degrees of lying as to whether or not they are indeed qualified to be called liars. Give me a break. I mean, I only robbed one bank. Does that make me a bank robber?
  14. I think there is a definite possibility that upper picks bypass JFF and Jerry gets his man. Not sure he is what we need, but he is very talented. Anyone who would release one of the best defensive players in the league.....there is no telling what they will do next. I know, I know,.....cap space, but you eventually blow that and more on a first round QB.
  15. Tvc, isn't it against the law to "bait" or booby trap (trip wires to set of firearms)? Does this situation command entrapment even though he is not law enforcement? The murder charge is obvious to me, just wondering how far citizens can go enticing crime.

    Yikes!

As soon as you attempt to silence those who would speak out against Muslims, you have infringed on their first amendment rights. Ironic huh? No matter who it is against or for, your right to say it should never die.
  18. Joseph McCarthy would have a field day with this regime. Lol.
  19. ....listen to this man and grow a pair. [Hidden Content] [Hidden Content]
  20. You're not a fan of anything except being a board patrol. A lot can be said for someone who never offers up anything except to critique. Well spoken enough? Ok, you win.
  21. Who doesn't want five star recruits? I'm just not so sure that the people who bestow these ratings are ALWAYS right. What is the big difference between a four and a three star recruit......speed, agility, stats? If it is stats, they can be misleading.
  22. Yeah, like I don't remember the Steelers. Duh. The Cowboys owned the 70s like I said. From 1970 through 1979, the Cowboys won 105 regular season games, more than any other NFL franchise during that span.[7] In addition, they won two Super Bowls, at the end of the 1971 and 1977 regular seasons. How's that for the math genius?
  23. Cowboys got their revenge. No one wants to remember the throw from Aikman to Alvin Harper for about 90 yards. How about the onside kick to start the second half? Its just the haters who remember the catch. Dallas has lots of memorable plays. 49 ers owned the 80s. Cowboys owned the 70s and 90s.
