1. Could be why the site is suffering. Same people do all the posting.
2. Some people take all the fun out of posting. Ill just listen. You can post.
3. Is this a current division map? The first map? [Hidden Content]:
4. Maybe I need to find a Texas map with the regional division lines. Pflugerville is east of I-35 between Austin and Roundrock.
5. Has Pflugerville always been region 3? Go Dogs!
6. Guess my phone was the problem. Don't know why. It is working on my iPad. Thanks for posting.
7. So true. Ned's O also ground it out against Dayton who was stacking 8 & 9 in the box. Hopkins was inches from breaking it for a TD several times, and still got 123 yards, which is phenomenal.
8. Someone mentioned that we had two o-linemen out for the Dayton game. Is this true and could we get an update? Thanks.
9. If it sticks in your craw that bad, stay home. I wouldn't want to put you out. Good thing our qb plays for us. He'd be sitting home otherwise.  8)
10. Lets me go to first page, but won't pull up the bracket. Could be my phone. I'll try again when I get home on my iPad. Thanks
11. Link won't work. Acts like it want to go there, then stops.
12.
Hey man, there is no doubt we were outplayed, and a flag on the coach probably wouldn't have changed a thing. My point was I just don't see how he don't get a flag for losing his mind the way he did. It's one thing to get mad and argue, but to have to restrained by other coaches while charging at the officials, that's just ridiculous. Showed a real lack of composure on the coaches behalf. On second thought, I guess it is nice to have a coach that still has that fire in his belly.
In our local paper, Neumann apologized for his actions. Neumann has not made his living in the middle of the field. He is known for having his teams well prepared. Like I said, he must have really thought the player was out of bounds, add to that the lack of holding calls all game long, he just had a moment. Not making excuses, just saying that is not like him, even though he has plenty of fire in his belly.
13. Always the argument....you see, I see....all I know is what I have seen all year and that is you can't get the corner on Ned unless our ends are being held.....and nothing is "always". It can be blocked and I applaud any team that can effectively do that, but Dayton didn't do that. Like I said, open all afternoon is an exaggeration. I see the field fine. Dayton would like us to believe that, even though they only scored 7 points the whole game, that they are capable of scoring 14 points in 5 minutes to tie it up, but the fact that Neumann wasn't flagged somehow prevented that from happening. Let's not forget that our defense held them and got the ball turned over on downs. Where was that over the middle opening that could be hit at will? Octfeb, thanks for saying you were outplayed. That's the whole story.
14. Never heard of a play book getting smaller but I will take your word for it. Funny how I didn't see the middle of the field open all afternoon. When things really got desperate for Dayton, #12 was finding ways to get open, and he was open over the middle, but open all afternoon is exaggerated. What is not exaggerated is that the QB for Dayton, whoever was in there, didn't have time to find open receivers. Dayton was outplayed. Never seen Neumann so upset so he must have had good reason. Maybe it was because your player came down without possession on the onsides kick. Funny how you want the flag for that, but didn't see our defensive line being held "all afternoon".
15. What could be better than a mismatch? All teams look for and try to create just that. The huge mismatch today was our defense against your offense. We hear about how "talented" such offenses are. What a slap in the face to our players. If we weren't talented, we couldn't hang. I guess every team that ever lost was simply out-coached. I bet those same four plays Dayton ran worked all year long with no complaints. Meet a top ranked defense and those plays simply don't work anymore. The talent aspect was erased by hard work and desire.
16.
We had 2 100yard rushers in this game!  133 by Hopkins and 116 by Carson
Really! Ned always has to hear how other team's QBs will out athlete us. How does that scrambler we have look now. Raines played a very good game.
17. Mack, you got any stats on Hopkins. He had a workhorse of a day and was close to breaking runs for TDs several times. Just wondering how many yards he ended up with.
18.
I thought this was a very good game by both teams....  I can't for the life of me figure out why Dayton wasn't hitting the middle  that receiver was open all day long across the middle... they didn't throw it til the middle late part of the 3rd... I thought it was a very good game lot of big hits from both sides... it was a pleasure to watch.... Like my Pirates good luck to the Broncos in the off season.... Good Luck to the Dogs Next week!!!!
Did you also notice the holding on those plays, keeping our guys from killing their QB? Hey, we won, and I still want the calls to be made. Our guys played their arses off and they should have reaped more rewards for their hard work. That open guy can't be hit if the QB is eating turf.
19. Right now, our season is still going so I will look no further than next week.
20. Sure wish the refs would have seen that lateral we scooped for a TD. Ned's defense kept Dayton in check all day. The only way they even got the corner was to hold our ends, and we still kept them in check. Had a for sure TD a bit overthrown to wide open Hopkins. THis game could have been much worse. Way to go Dogs. Great win!
21. Dogs playing against purple and white. Gets the dogs in a frenzy. Defense playing very well.
