1.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but if the ball doesn't pass the line of scrimmage on a throw away,it's intentional grounding
It wasn't last night.  ;D Go Vidor!
 2. Sorry I missed your post PNGfan. Thanks for the compliments.
 3. Cheermom and PinoNDN, thanks for two great posts. We Ned faithful, save a few, appreciate the character it takes to work through defeat and give congrats to the victor. Our boys have worked very hard to be where they are and deserve to be recognized.
 4. Update please. I am watching college football on tv.
 5.
I have been in alot worse visitor stands....LCM only has isles on each end...really now complaining about the stands...its not enough that you won...you complained about Vidor and the ticket situation and now our seating. Good grief y'all are some finicky dogs.
Not being finicky and not bashing your stadium. Already said it is a fine stadium. This is an honest request and something I feel really needs to be addressed.
 6.
Could be Ill ask someone about it
Thank you, other than that, you have a fine stadium......love the turf.
 7.

Dear png, could you please do something about the aisles on your visitor's side that lead to nowhere? I had reserved seats in section J, row 20, seats 26-29. They were aisle seats, but the aisle dead ended into the entrance/exit stairwell rail. The concession stand was below us and should a fire break out, Heaven forbid, there would be no quick escape unless you climb over railings or jump. This could be easily remedied by cutting back the front rail from the entrance stairwell and installing rails up both sides for about four rows. Thank you, signed......an avid football fan who hates to ask people to excuse them from their seats so I can get by all the way down the row.
The sharpie numbered rows and seats lol
Has to be a fire code violation at least, doesn't it?

 9. I'll take 37-12 over anyone, anytime. Down year, up year, it really doesn't matter. Injuries??....like we never had the injury bug. Best tackler on PNG defense was the sideline...and then some. Every comment from png, except maybe one, has been damming with faint praise. I win with pride and accept defeat by recognizing the other team as the better. Thanks for nothing.
 10. Not necessarily Proud. No team hits on all cylinders every game. I thought your defense played very tough. We earned everything we got. Nothing was easy. I can't explain it. I would have loved to run it up, but it just didn't happen.
 11. Man, I thought a 25 point win was a butt whipping. Where do butt whippings start......30?
 12. Was that a lateral or what????
 13. I told a friend of mine that Hopkins would get 200 rushing yards. He would have, had they kept feeding him the rock. He is very exciting to watch.......never gives up.
 14. Gee, I think our RB had 150+ yards tonight. Maybe another 180 yards passing. We seemed to abandon the run on a couple series. I thought the running game was clicking. We scored 30 points tonight on offense......7 on defense. What is expected from a high school team? I have also seen us play much better. Our offense isn't bad at all.

 16. Varsity is a whole 'nother animal. Anyone who is not aware of this fact does not know high school football.
 17. Easy, you want to compare the all time record showing how much better png is while also claiming that the scores were usually close. Then, Ned faithful talk about how much Ned has been better in the last 15 years, and the close scores somehow work against us....meaning we are not that much better. If you can't see the contradiction, then there is no more use trying to explain.
Now that was a low blow,,,even lower than the citizens who voted against the bond. We got the best window units money can buy!!!! lol,,,,,,,
And a doghouse with window units is a pretty darn fancy one if you ask me. ;D
Yep, not all schools can boast about having a worn down football stadium and schools, and still kick the dog mess out of their cross town rival. You guys wanted a new stadium and got one, you guys wanted new schools and got around the past 15 year losing record to us, buuuuuttttt, hey, money can't buy you everything.......
I always like to look at the glass as half full. in 15yrs Nederland has scored 354 points against PN-G.....PN-G has scored 327 against Nederland....27 point difference...You win...Nederland is 3 touchdowns and 2 field goals ahead of us.  Wow you guys are just so much better than us.
Please make up your mind. Here is quote from another thread......
The teams have always played each other hard...alot of years the scores were close, the winner barely pulling it off. Then there were years where the score was lopsided. The last 2 years it was a battle to the end. Nederland had to earn those wins. [/quote]
 19. I haven't boasted about my Bulldog or smacked png. I will let the game do the talking as it should be.
 20. Not bad for me missing only three, but I thought I only missed two.
 21. Like I said, not bitter about the call, just that if the official was blocked from the play, why did he signal INT? I already said I could not see it from my vantage point. Don't get all hot and bothered.
 22. I consider a reverse a "gadget" play, and it sure worked well twice this year, and against Dawson last year in the playoffs.
 23. Bubble screens work well enough but have to be blocked very well. Plus, if the play is telegraphed and read, could be a pick six. Guess you could say if any play is read, but especially out there in no man's land. We have very talented and quick players that benefit from the screens.
 24.

When the ref right on top of the play signals INT, and the ref 50 yards away runs across the field  and signals incomplete pass, even the fans that the call favors have to wonder......then they say they will take it.
Yeah, really makes you question the ref who signaled the INT when it was pretty clear the ball hit the ground.
I couldn't see it myself. Just an observation. Not bitter at all.
