Petty??????? How many charges does a person have to have before he is considered a criminal to you? I have never heard weed referred to as dangerous. Also, he had multiple charges of intent to distribute, which makes him a dealer. Maybe if the courts would have done their job, he wouldn't have had so many run ins with the police.
