When I was young, most businesses had signs on their doors or inside walls that said, "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone". Most people I know would not allow just anyone inside their home. Why not? Is it because it is "their" property. Well, the business is "their" business. You can't hide "everything" behind the first amendment. Just the way I see it.

Not sure blackouts work anyway. Only time it affected me was when Warren Moon and the Oilers hosted a first round playoff game. It did not sell out so they blacked it out. Made me angry but not enough to make me attend.

Not quite the same setup as football, but spin it any way which makes you right. If the 64th seed wins it all, then all the other teams were overrated? Not hardly. Basketball is setup for the underdog. In football, when a conference claims to be the best there is, play each other to keep their rankings higher than most, then step out of conference and lose, THAT'S OVERRATED! Hopefully the playoff system will rectify the problem. Many a truth is said in jest.

I loved watching Kansas lose to Wichita State. Kansas played very little defense. Lots of lay ups for Wichita.
