2.
Boy, man, shoot, heck, %&*#, golly. Maybe ole Neumann should just stay at the house with the remnants of his bad football team and not even show up for this game. HE'S OUTTA PLAYERS. They aren't very good anyway in some folks opinion. They lost a squeeker to the eventual 19 4A district champs [a real good team by three pts. in overtime that they could and should have won IMO] and have all these internal problems. They beat three teams that's probably gonna be in the playoffs but they're too young. Around 15 starters are underclassmen and everyone knows they're too young to compete with a perennial juggernaut. I sure feel sorry for them. Reckon they'll forfeit? Sure hope Livingston don't rough em up too bad if Ned gets crazy and shows up. 2 or 3 of their games they were the underdog. I guess they just got lucky. All them problems want me to tear my tickets up. I'll be ashamed to be seen supporting them. I probably won't go now but later in the season maybe they'll nut up and play someone so I don't have to be ashamed of them. If they got the stones to show up then either win or lose I betcha Livingston will remember Nederland. I have to go take nerve medicine and weep awhile. Bye.
Good stuff pops! ;D I have season tickets so I won't tear them up. I'll try to sell them but nobody will probably want them.  ;D
3. AAW, in all honesty, this is a newsworthy story, you reported, it, everyone knows what happened, and the kids were punished. What else is there? Once we start down the road to......"well I heard this happened", or "let's compare it to this", then hearsay and rumors start, which is totally unfair to the kids involved, and juvenile at best. What was your question? I can't browse 11 pages to find it.
4. Wow, 80%....after last week, I needed that. ;D
5. You can take that and run with it....it's cool. You know what I meant. Women at the gossip fence........
6. Can we leave these kids alone now? 11 pages GEEEEEEZ, what busybodies. Worse than women
7.
I was setting on the 50, 11 rows up and I didn't hear any booing of your song or anything of that sort but it doesn't matter you will think what you want. Booing if it did happen never really hurt anyone, but kicking a player I was the head when he is on the ground well that's another story you guys probably don't want to talk about.
I was on the 45, 16 rows up and heard no boos of their song. The kick in the head, I haven't mentioned, but I saw it with no call.
8. Funny how the team that wins is suddenly classless. I was in the stands and heard no boos except for the holding call that cost us a TD. PNG fans are no different than anyone else's. If it appears that the game is over, they will leave. So do all other team's fans. Big deal.
9. Closed door basketball.....what could be better?
10. GoDogs, I'm not the least bit upset. I was simply staing a fact.
11. The 35 does not surprise me.....the 0 does. What happened, turnovers?
12.
Everybody has band parents , and shift workers that have to get up early on saturdays. I see some of the same folks leaving early week in and week out. No big deal.
Thank you. I work every Saturday. When someone pays for my ticket, then they can tell me when I can leave. PNG is not the only fans who leave early. It happens at every game everywhere.
13. I understand going for it on fourth down, but the way Ned's defense was popping that QB all night, I would not have run it into the heart of the line. They should have swept.....but hey, it's over and Ned's defense came up huge.
14. I'm hoarse today. Had a headache last night from hollering. I get in trouble for hollering or standing up.
15. Yep, you can't blame Benjamin for seeing wide open spaces and taking it to the house. What a run, and one defender had the angle and still couldn't close. In hindsight, if he had slid after the first down, we could have taken a knee. Greatvgame by the defense. If we can learn to cover the FB out of the backfield, we will be fine. ;D Lost containment on one play and the QB made some great yardage. PNG RB got a 15 yard TD on a great run, and their QB threw a couple long passes over the middle. That little sideline stuff can kove some chains, but none turned into huge plays. Really, other than that, PNG's QB had someone in his face all night. Great hustle on defense by our linemen.

17. Not a huge surprise. MCM sells out every year. I would guess about 13,000. This is not a percentage sellout either. It is SRO!!
18. After the play ended, we saw him limping and wondered what happened. The way he was limping on it, it appeared that he cramped up. Then he turned and went down and I thought he might have broken his leg. Wishing a speedy recovery for this man.
19. Ned's first INT was a bit high and it went through the receiver's hands and into the hands of the DB. The second INT was thrown to an out and the receiver took it up. I thought our QB maybe threw a bit high, but the balls were still catchable. Benajmin is the real deal, just needs one more block to spring him. I also like the running of Nelson (#5). He is very fluid and reminds me of Duane Thomas. Vidor, you had this game and earned every yard and point. Ned drove the length of the field with 3 minutes and 1 timeout left. This was a very good game, even if we had lost.

21. Gotta give Vidor credit for talking their team up. Funny, if Ned does that, we are arrogant. Both teams play hard nosed football. Should be a great game. Good luck to both teams.
22. People who look at me funny if I yell or bark. They should stay home.
23. Prayers to the families and friends from Nederland.

25. VPirate, we can't look back either. Every year is different with new faces. I haven't seen Vidor this year, but I know they are well coached and play hard-nosed football. Ned plays with a never give-up approach and I love that. We have some injured players returning who will be difference makers. I hope for a well played, clean game, with no injuries.
