ashley hollier from spurger (7th grade) won the district jr high meet with a 6:54

thay were close and our boys played there hearts out.

the spurger senior boys took second place today in the championship game. the final score was cayuga 44 spurger 35. our boys played an outstanding game. thay made spurger and southeast texas proud.

we will be playing cayuga for the championship. thay beat quitman. this morning.

spurger is in the championship game tomorrow. we had a couple of nail biters. our first game was againest slocum. 37 to 30 us. our second was againest normangee. 43to 19 us. today was againest quitman. 44 to 43 us. the game tomorrow is at 400pm. i will keep yall updated.
