I agree with your rankings and the championship goes through the Reservation as they are on top. The have played good and smart ball. But this week will tell a story of the district and who will end up on top. Should be a good game Friday night and we have to wait a week for it to get here.

This team should have been blown up at the all-star break. Should have got rid of Tejada, Valverde, Pudge ( which we did) & Hawkins. we could have gotten some value for them, and wouldnt have done any worse. As far as next year, i dont dont see a way we make play-offs, so we might as well make the changes we can. Manager: I think it will come down to Acta, Bogar & Willie Randolph. My guess is Acta. 1st : Berkman has a full no-trade clause so he is there. Erstad bye. Keep Coste as back-up there and catcher. 2nd: Matsui has a limited no-trade ( but nobody is gonna take him) so he is there. He'll miss 50 games anyway so Maysonet will get plenty of starts and his chance, also could back-up short. SS: Tejada gone. Manzella gets the chance, hopefully his defense is like Everett but better bat. Maysonet back-up. 3rd : Platoon Keppinger and Johnson. Blum gone. Keppinger could also back-up short and 2nd. C: Quintero gone. Platoon Coste & Towles and pray Castro is what they hope. OF: Lee has full no-trade through 2010 so he is there, Pence gets a big raise, Bourn does too. Now we have to wait another week and listen to how the Indians are going to kick the Pirates butt. Oh Well, I guess PN-G should be playing the pro league. But we will see who comes out on top next week. May the best team win and every player goes home after the game healthy.
