Need to learn more about CC Veterans Memorial. They are the Region 4 team that Region 3 winner would play in the state semis. They are undefeated and number 1 in the tabc poll. Have beat some decent teams but play in a weak district based on my assumption (never heard of any dominant CC teams in boys basketball. Ever)

Albeit the competition was much different in the 90s, I think 21-1 may be the best start ever. Even during the Sneed years. Also keep in mind they are in a lower classification. WB was the largest high school in setx and also district 22-5A during the majority of the 90s with 3000-4000 students and two separate campuses. Ozen was established in 1997 partially to help with the overcrowding and to please the local Hebert alumni
