Well what's new about all that, everyone has been picking WOS to win state since they dropped down to 3A, but it hasn't happened yet. There is one fact though, we will show up and from what I saw last year from these young guys we may not win but they will definitely know they were in a game!

He pretty much did the same thing all year, so I guess everyone in 20-4A is average!

Most administrators "need" to keep their job and since the fans "want" a successful football program they get more coach's. Plain and simple, the law of supply and demand.

One of the biggest problems in education today is not tax cuts for oil companies, or slick Rick as you call him, it's unfunded mandates from the Federal and State Legislatures. These geniuses want to tell the local school districts what they have to do, but they don't want to pay for it so they pass legislation that mandate what the schools have to do and force them to use their own money to get it done. We had a little revolution in this part of the world in the 1700's over taxation without representation, if you want to see how fast the school budgets could get back in line force some legislation that exiled anyone that proposed or voted on any unfunded mandates for public education. It wouldn't take long before the local tax payers took back control of their schools and their money.

Your right returning starters don't mean a lot unless they continue to improve. From my little piece of paradise (seats at Bulldog stadium) I don't think these guys are going to slack off one bit. They kept improving all year and did somethings that we haven't done in a while, like shutting down some good ground games.

I am not sure about the individual moving to offense, but with the Freshmen moving up that can put some heat on a QB, for once in a long while we may have an overload on the D line. If that happens someone may have to move!

Fact is smitty you don't want the truth, you just want to spew your rant everywhere. And just like the buildings you are going to decay one day, no matter how good your Obama care is or how well you maintain your body one day they will tell you it's all over with get your affairs in order. So you and your "Don't Care" buddies just keep on spreading your FUD and one day you will have a pile of junk and some governmental agency will tell you to rebuild your schools anyway, and then you can go on a rant (or join the Republic of Texas group) about meddling governmental agency's!

You're right smitty a 70's car can take you anywhere you want to go if you don't mind stopping every so often and replace some parts. You and your buddies appear to believe that with proper maintenance you can keep a building forever. This is not true, if you have an unlimited budget maybe, but if you don't then you have to realize that all things have a usable life and after that you spend more to maintain the building than it's worth. But I am sure you know all this since you probably have all the facts a figures from your days as the head of a maintenance department that has maintained several campuses up to your excellent standard!

Aggies you can't use logic with smitty! If you explain to him that you own multiple properties and that you will probably pay more in taxes than the average citizen like I have on several occasions, smitty just changes talking points. He doesn't want truth, he just dislikes all governments, local, state, and federal.
