Dayton lost by 6 with the help of a tech on coach with 3 min left and down 1...got it for illegal sub after a kid fouled out..ref got mad cause coach took the full time before subbing....thought the coach was trying to show him up...he was just using it as an extra timeout..then ref started yelling at Dayton coach telling him he was going to go to Austin...otherwise it was a good game

THis should be Barbers Hill district to run away and hide. All others are battling for the final 3 seeds. Shaw and Evans shouldn't have any competition until playoff time.

I have run the gamet of emotions reading this thread. I have read about the poor athlete on any select team. I reallty do understand exposure for the kids and the work they put into their summer teams. But I haven't read anything about the HS coach whose ONLY job is to get his/her team ready for competition. When the select coach loses or has a rough season he/she goes back to their MAIN JOB and life goes on. When a HS Coach has the same season they are fired, as this is their MAIN JOB. So i understand why VB coaches area little uptight early as the season comes very fast. NOW...Yes there are times that a prearranged solution can be made...but should not be expected from everyone...also easier to make this arrangement if the athlete has come to open gym all summer and done the weights and running with the HS team. Ok thanks I feel better now

Well True why so angry...you are getting what you want. BTW I saw 8 BH games this year alone and the team was 7 and 1. My only complaint would have been less guards and more Shaw in crunch time. But this is mute,,,,HOPE THE GRASS IS GREENER,  ;) GOOD LUCK

Blew an 11 point lead...wow he should't have missed so many shots. ;D...NICE to see as usual when you win the KIDS did a great job and when you lose it is ALWAYS  "I WE JUST HAD US A COACH." The Hill Needs to be careful what they ask for the grass is NOT ALWAYS greener......Don't Know Coach Chancellor but I saw BH play several time this year and They missd himin Dayton th last game of the year..and they will miss him next year  GOOD LUCK COACH
