I agree with you. The players at WO-S are intelligent, and wise beyond their years, the one thing that they know how to do is overcome adversities. They know perseverance, and they will shine tonight.

The difference between Coach T and other coaches is he would set this player out, or kick his arse off the team.

I remember that state championship game against Ennis in the old Cowboy’s Stadium. Ennis was a powerhouse back then. I also remember seeing Celina that year as well. When teams talk about how big their OL , I can only think about Bellville, and Celina last year. Both teams had a huge OL that got wore down by the third quarter. I guess we will see how ready both teams will be come Friday night.

We fans talk trash on this site but WO-S football players do not. I personally, do not care if BC scores or not. WO wins this game by how ever many points are on the board at the last tick on the clock. Since I live in Houston I can speak on the team BC played last Friday night, they are not a good football team, nor do they care about football as much as they do about basketball, so I would not be bragging about that win last week too much if I were BC. My prediction is that there will be a lot of hard hitting from the # 1 defense in 4A division2 in the sate of Texas.

Agree! It would behoove the Cardinals not to count on running on the Mustang defense as if this will be their opening to get points, smh. The Cardinals have a fantastic coach and if the young Dubois was able to play I might agree that the Cardinals would score. Young Dubois is a hell of a QB. I would like to know more about the Cardinals backfield, I might be missing something.

The Cardinals may base their game plan on running the ball up the middle like Dubois did at HJ, one factor that may stop this plan is the difference in the running backs. I can’t remember that kids name who ran the ball well for HJ, and was able to get long yardage up the middle a couple of years ago, he was very athletic, big and strong. Unless BC has a couple of backs like that, even running the ball up the middle will be a tall task over and over. I believe the Stangs will shut down the middle and force the Cardinals to open the field where they (the Stangs) will have the advantage.

An inexperienced QB will have a hard time navigating against the Mustang defense, having said that as long as the score board reads a WOS win even by +1 its all good. Go WOS!
