This was on max preps,After soaring to 42 points the game before, Comanche faltered in their game on Friday. They were gifted an easy win as Gunter wound up forfeiting 23-0. The game was over by the end of the first half, with no points scored by either team from that point forward.

UIL has not entered a winner in the bracket for Gunter/Commanche and they have for every other game.
