I have heard people say that they don’t make mistakes, so I found a game to watch. Saw them get two fifteen yard penalties in one drive, saw them get an unsportsmanlike penalty( was told if player gets one of them he rides the bench, he did not). Seen them fumble the ball, just happened to get it back. Don’t get me wrong they are a very good football team but they are not a machine, they can be beat. It will not be a cake walk. I saw a mirror image of Newton. I believe in my Eagles and fully think they can win and hope they do. Give ‘me hell and bring that trophy home.

Yellow or Grey, a five hour bus ride before game time does not help. It is tiring to ride that far and long, especially on game day.

Congratulation to all teams that competed, young men spent a lot of time in the heat preparing to play. Win or lose.

It’s amazing how much hatred exists between two rivals. Instead of hating each other, y’all need to be concerned with improving how other districts in the look at this one. Here’s a perfect chance for y’all to prove to others that this is not the pushover district they think it is. During district play I can understand but this is the playoffs. It is time to support all teams in this area. Not try and tear each other down. Good luck and best wishes to all because the further each team advances the better the entire area looks.

This is a tough game to call. The records don’t matter in this game. I’ve seen Nederland win this game as an underdog and then get handled by GCM. PNG should win this game but I wouldn’t be shocked to see Nederland win.
