  1. The President still has some fight in him! And he wasn't wrong. #fourmoreyears
  2. I think they’ll pick up right where they left off that one week when CT had caught the COVID.
  3. Free at last, Lawd! Free at last!!!!
  4. And he's 0-2 on impeachment proceedings. 1-2 in presidential elections. And 0-652356506 in election challenges.
  5. That’s a good question… I think all bets are off on a Biden/Trump rematch in the general. I still don’t think Biden finishes his term… he’s got three years left. I can 100% see him passing the torch to Harris so that she can be the female/black/Asian/hooker President. The only reason I can see the Ds pushing to keep Biden in office throughout his term is because they know that if Harris takes over for Biden mid term she’s all but guaranteed the nomination in 24…. And anybody but Trump beats her walking away in the general. Anybody but Trump would have beaten Biden in ‘20.
  6. There were literally 81 million people who said "anybody but Trump" in 2021. Biden's failures won't push them back to Trump, regardless of what his minions believe.
  7. It's not just about Trump, either... A lot of Trump's supporters (you know, the "america first" guys) won't vote for anybody but Trump. The loss of those votes would likely sink a decent Republican Candidate in the General Election. The fact is that almost every diehard Trump supporter is just that... they support Trump, not America, not conservatism, not Christian values..... just Trump. If Trump runs again, the Dems will win. Write that down.
  8. I guess the question is whether "fine" is good enough for WOS. "Fine" is good enough for BC. Heck, "Ok, I guess" is good enough for BC. "Pretty good" is okay with Silsbee. WOS has always had the pinnacle of coaching.... "Fine", "ok," "pretty good" and "decent" is not what the Mustangs have had in the past. Congrats on the "woke" hire. Anybody wanna bet on how long until they start renaming stadiums and fields over there, too?
  9. HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!! I thought out hire last year was questionable… thanks for taking the heat off of us! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!!!!!!
  10. This, and prioritizing the nuclear family would completely transform the black community... with little to no help required from the rest of the community. I don't think anybody understands that we ALL want to see their community thrive. Unfortunately the answer isn't bigger handouts and rewards for not supporting yourself and your family. It's so frustrating.
  11. That’s funny… because every Republican from Donald Trump down to your school board members and the dog catcher ran on “repeal and replace” for seven years and guess what? They had the presidency, house, and senate but couldn’t get it done.
  12. Rand Paul? Isn’t he the guy that stopped Trump (and every other Republican who’d been saying it for 7 years) from repealing and replacing Obamacare? That Rand Paul? If I was a Trump man I’d have been chasing Rand Paul with a shovel, too.
  13. That's all I'm saying.
  14. I can't help but laugh... my ultra religious, Pentecostal friends who believe that God sent Trump, despite the fact that his wife's nudes are available online. Did you really ever think that we'd have a First Lady's nudes? Much less did you believe that she would be the wife of a "REPUBLICAN?" When the Ds say that the Rs can no longer claim to be the moral bunch, they aren't lying.
  15. No, that's a carefully thought out opinion based on piles of empirical evidence. You'll probably have to google that.
  16. Reading comprehension, my friend. "He was barely better than the alternative... That doesn't make him the greatest president of all times like y'all believe."
  17. He was barely better than the alternative... That doesn't make him the greatest president of all times like y'all believe. 1. Lost both houses of congress 2. Failed to get re-elected 3 Exploded the national debt 4. Impeached twice 5. Led insurrection after losing re-election bid 6. Revolving door of aides/cabinet members 7. Did nothing to quell the BLM riots As you can tell, there are plenty of quantifiable reasons that he was not a good leader besides "mean tweets."
  18. I'm not allowed back in Montgomery County.
  19. Meh... Jimmy Carter probably still ranks as the worst performance by a President. Trump was bad in a lot of areas, but the economy was working for the first three or so years of his presidency. Other than that he was a complete clown. And his supporters are just as bad. Biden isn't doing well at all.... diplomatically, economically, fighting the pandemic, getting his agenda pushed forward, etc... About all he'd need to steal Carter's crown is to have a really messy foreign conflict like the Iranian Hostage Crisis. The Afghanistan crap show didn't last long enough when compared to Carter's 400+ days of embarassment.
  20. Just to clarify… I honestly don’t care who they pick… as long as they put the Mustangs in the best possible position to win games, and that their race wasn’t a factor in the selection process.
  21. If that community is voicing an opinion on a coaching choice based on race, then “no.” There’s no difference in a school refusing to hire a coach because he’s black than a school hiring a coach because he’s black. Regardless of whether or not you believe there’s a difference. A lot of people have been brainwashed into believing that this new version of racism is somehow “better” than the old one. It’s not. There’s no difference between saying “I want a coach that reflects the community” and saying “those (fill in the blanks) need to stay over there with their own kind.”
  22. The whole thing is so subjective. I watched the guy in the dually with his horses and family that ended up getting caught up in a riot and thought "I'd have probably opened fire" if they were mobbing my truck trying to injure my livestock, etc... That guy had his family and potentially his livelihood at the risk of that mob in broad daylight. I'm probably shooting my way out of there if I'm that guy. Same difference if I'm a truck driver and they start trying to yank my air hoses to disable my truck.... I'd rather be judged than get Reginald Denny'd. Daylight or not. This one is difficult...
  23. Most parties won't re-nominate a candidate. If they've put their whole weight behind somebody and he/she doesn't deliver, they won't do it again. She came up short against Obama in 2008 in the primaries and short against Trump in the general in 2016. The sad thing is that her best opportunity would have been in 2004. When that cycle started in 2003 nobody believed that W Bush could be beat. Hillary sat out by mistake, I believe. By the time that the election came around in the fall of 2004, Bush had his hands full with Kerry.... the "I guess nobody else is gonna run" candidate. People still had pretty fond memories of the Clintons at that point... I think history might have worked out totally different if she'd run in 2004.
