  1. You're exactly right.... but can you imagine if we had to do something similar today? I'm telling you... our kids are so brainwashed that they'll join sides with whoever jumps on us next.
  2. Bad idea... I had a brother in law that was home-schooled and I wouldn't let the kids sit in his lap. Dude was an emotional cripple. You can go all of the way back to ancient Greece when people really started to "think." There was an open exchange of ideas and higher learning was achieved. You have the exact opposite today... Far left ideologies are crammed down school kids' throats and anybody has a differing point of view is silenced. It gets worse at the college level. By the same token, if you take a kid and stick him in a church school or home school him, he'll end up with an ultra-orthodox view of everything and have no concept of how the rest of the world thinks. It's just as dumb in reverse.
  3. Resisting arrest is like playing in traffic. You're assuming a lot risk. I just love the criminal mindset that has infected our land. "I was breaking the law(s), but HE can't break the rules when he's dealing with MY breaking of the rules!!!!" It's so freakin' insane.
  4. Are you following the story about the dumped IRS data that shows that Elon Musk paid $0 in personal income tax in 2018? It’s sickening. He’s out there promoting tax increases and higher spending while knowing that he’s not going to actually she to pay anything… that army of CPAs will keep him out of a bind.
  5. That doesn't explain away the fact that we incinerated a few hundred thousand innocents. I think we're the only people who've actually used a "weapon of mass destruction" on the planet of earth.
  6. When "they" went all in on the Confederate flag a couple of years ago I predicted that they would want the American Flag canceled next. They've attacked the anthem, etc.... It's just a matter of time. Americans will have to decide if they want to be Americans or whatever the left is wanting us to become.... a freaking socialist empire with all traces of history erased.... except for the part we celebrate in February. It's going to come to violence, I'm pretty sure.
  7. I haven't seen a single post on here about Trump wearing a diaper during his speech this weekend, either.
  8. Sometimes I think that we'd be in a lot better place if we reminded EVERYBODY what we're capable of. That was one of my biggest problems with the U. S. media acting so upset over the last few decades whenever "innocent civilians" got hammered.... kinda like week before last when the Israelis blew up that building in Gaza that housed Hamas and a few news agencies. Do you have any idea what we've done to "innocent civilians?' That's how you win, baby!
  9. Actually, Trump will be back in office this August. I read it somewhere. [Hidden Content]
  10. But that's the entire platform for Republicans right now.
  11. Just curious... what part of it suppresses anybody's right or ability to vote? EVERYBODY that's a US citizen should be able to vote once. People who aren't US citizens or are otherwise ineligible to vote shouldn't be casting ballots in our elections. And NOBODY should be casting multiple ballots. That's all that the proposed legislation that I've seen is trying to curb. If the vote really was precious, then Democrats would join in and make sure that nobody's vote is cancelled out by a fraudulent one. But Democrat's are literally rebranding attempts to curb voter fraud as "voter suppression" and the parrots all repeat it when they don't even understand the basics. Is your argument that blacks are too stupid to show up with an ID at the polls?
  12. And millions of them haven't been in school since March of 2020.... like that's going to help matters any. Whether you miss second grade or the tenth grade.... missing a year and a half of instruction is going to cause a problem for the long haul.
  13. One can believe in protecting voter integrity and still not believe that Biden won by cheating. The only argument against these efforts to protect the integrity of our election process is that black/brown people are too stupid to vote like the rest of us.
  14. Of course it's happening because our enemies sense weakness.... or at least an unwillingness to engage. You seldom have to whip your kids.... the idea that the parent is willing to do so is often deterrent enough.
  15. It's ridiculous. I gave up when the lady from Mid County backed over her own kid at the snow-cone stand and sued Ford Motor Company. Until they make the plaintiff bear the legal fees of the defendant when the plaintiff loses, it'll never change.
  16. They shouldn't have planted all of those trees behind my house if they didn't want me riding around in the woods, right?
  17. It is kinda strange to me that the suspect hasn't been identified.... Call me a racist, but I just assumed it was black guy on the ATV that ran over the kid. Normally that's who you see riding ATVs in public where they're not allowed. All of my homies tend to ride way off in the sticks where they aren't supposed to be, lol.
  18. Kinda like when black kids here wear those colors from Africa despite the fact that Africans are the ones that sold their ancestors into slavery.
  19. You know what's crazy? I find myself like Quannel X more and more as time goes on. I think a lot of it had to do with him agreeing to go through police training and all. I just don't hear as much garbage out of him as I used to. It's also because I don't think he's an attorney, so the "big lawsuit" money isn't going to him. I think the guy really just wants to be a voice. Or I'm getting old. I don't know.
  20. It’s obviously political from both sides. I’m not so sure that an investigation actually helps or hurts either side. My guess is that the Rs assume that it will hurt them the most. I honestly don’t see the point. They already impeached Trump over the whole thing and there are several entities currently looking at criminal charges for everybody involved, top to bottom. That’s not even including a number of individual civil cases filed by Democrat congressmen. We have a short attention span here in America. We get really upset and then we move on. As upset as we all were back in January, it’s been digested completely and I think that the average American voter has already lost interest in the whole subject. Kinda like Benghazi. Other than a few partisan hacks, the rest of us moved on.
  21. But I'll add to this... I think the Supreme Court taking up the abortion issue again is a mistake. The precedent has always been not to re-visit the decisions of previous courts. If anybody knows of anything that differentiates this new case from Roe v Wade, I'd like to hear it. Besides the first reason, I also disagree because this will push the Dems into trying to "pack" the supreme court. We really don't need situations where the Supreme Court becomes politicized and takes up previous decisions that were reached by a court with a different make-up. The obvious solution is to add members to the court. We're at 6-3 right now.... adding 4 Justices makes it a 7-6 split the other way. Then the Rs will turn right back around and add a few the next time that they are in power to grind old axes. That alone is reason enough to leave it be. Also, abortion has been legal since 1973. 48 years! It has literally been legal longer than most Americans have been alive. Young people don't feel as strongly about it being "wrong" for a lot of reasons. If you really want to be the party of old guys trying to take away freedoms that these young people have had their whole lives, go right ahead.... you'll pay for it at the polls. The simple answer is to draft a constitutional amendment to make it illegal. Have it ratified by the states and it will truly be outlawed. Except the pro-lifers don't have the necessary votes.... so it should just be left alone.
  22. Obviously there are different opinions, but you asked for mine... I don't have a problem with contraception at all. Plan B, condoms, the pill, the shot, sterilization. My problem comes when procedures to end the life of the unborn child occurs. It's like.... if only contraception were free. Wait.... it is. Thanks to Obamacare, any American can stroll in and get an RX whenever they wish with no copay. But then again, one party celebrates the passage of legislation that allows abortion up until birth. Celebrates! What about abortion up until the age of say, six? As long as that's what the mom wants, right? George Floyd had rap sheet and was committing a crime.... but the left doesn't blink an eye at slaughtering 800,000 innocents per year. Like I've said repeatedly. I'm personally opposed as I feel that abortion is immoral for me. It's been legal in the US since 1973, and I only became opposed to OTHERS choosing to get one when the Ds decided that I should help pay for it.
