  1. Aren’t they, though? The difference is that I’m kidding… they’re not.
  2. The other “fact” is this… a lot of Asians don’t care for black people and they aren’t very good at disguising it. We could talk all day long about the “whys” but the fact remains that animosity exists. That’s what’s so comical about “racism.” It’s always white being racist towards black (with a southern accent), but in reality Asians don’t like blacks and vice versa, and even Mexicans as a whole don’t care for blacks, either. When is the last time you saw a mixed races black/Mexican kid? It almost never happens. Just another inconvenient truth.
  3. Because nobody can admit that it's almost exclusively black people who are targeting Asians. That conflicts with the fairy tale that they keep pushing about blacks being oppressed and victimized.
  4. Oh, it’s all about perspective. It’s a shot across the bow at those particular WOS fans who post about it being time for a black coach. Stick around… you’ll learn a few things. Like don’t take me seriously.
  5. To your first point, which other felony was Chauvin attempting to commit as required for a 2nd degree murder conviction? Using a department approved restraint? Secondly, you still have a problem with 3rd degree murder because it's specifically geared towards instances where the victim was "not selected," for lack of a better word. Shooting into a crowd, throwing bricks off of an overpass into traffic, selling tainted drugs. This charge was such a bad fit that the trial court tossed it initially and a superior court had it reinstated at the Attorney General's insistence. Here's what I think happened by example. A few years ago I was on a jury in Orange County. We were tasked with deciding the punishment that a man would receive... he'd already pleaded guilty to the crime, but wanted a jury to impose his sentence. It was violent crime which left the defendant maimed... a brutal, brutal attack. The maximum sentence was 40 years and a $10k fine... the defendant was in his mid 30s. When we went back to deliberate, I kinda jumped in first and asked the point of the fine.... the money wouldn't go to the victim, but rather the state. My thought was "this guy will be out in his mid 50s if he makes parole the first time... He'll have nothing and the odds are that most of his family will be long gone. And now he'll be trying to pay this fine to the state when he'll hopefully be trying to get re-established in society." It just didn't make a lot of sense to me. I made my point but then said that it wasn't a hill that I planned to die on.... Just my opinion and asked for others. An older gentleman said that his opinion was that we should make the point that someone who committed this type of crime would get the maximum sentence allowed from the people in Orange County. I was like... "I see." It made sense, and I suspect that this is also what happened in Minneapolis.
  6. [Hidden Content] I thought the comments about Maxine Waters potentially allowing the Chauvin verdict to be overturned on appeal were pretty far-fetched. This is a completely different story. One of the jurors who has been out doing interviews apparently attended at least two BLM protests prior to being selected as a juror. There are photos of him wearing a shirt that reads "Get Your Knee Off Our Necks/BLM" that I believe proves that this juror was anything but impartial. Also, the fact that he obviously lied about his actions during jury selection is a problem. He tried to argue in an interview that it wasn't a protest, but rather a "get out the vote" rally that just so happened to have George Floyd's family members speaking, but I think that's not gonna work. Whether or not an appeal is granted, I don't know... but I firmly believe that one should be. This is just wrong.
  7. I don't know which would be worse... to be a black policeman in the inner city or a black conservative. The left HATES those guys.
  8. Actual photo of me at a Trump Rally last year....
  9. The Democratic Party has always been the party of racism, and nothing has changed. That's undeniable.
  10. If there was election fraud, why haven’t republicans been able to show any evidence? How many times did Rudolph promise that it was coming in the next day or two, but it never magically appeared? We’re six months after the election and still not the first shred of proof. None. No where. Unless you believe everything that guy that makes pillow and Rudolph say.
  11. It doesn’t bother y’all that Rudolph kept promising all of that “proof” of election fraud at press conference after press conference and never produced anything? Except for repeating unsubstantiated rumors he picked up off of Facebook, of course. The fact that y’all ride his 🥜 like your ride Trump’s shouldn’t have surprised me.
  12. The dude is just shady... he was at the very forefront of the "stolen election" lie. Constantly promising to bring forth information that would prove that fraud occurred, but he never did. He's also the guy who called for "trial by combat" in his speech right before the disgraceful combat that occurred in and around the Capitol in January. Rudy is a piece of crap.
  13. Rudy is dirty, IMO.... It's one thing to be "new york" shady when you're in power in New York. When you bring that same "the rules don't apply to me" mentality when going up against the Justice Department, the media, and the entire democrat party... you can be sure that your sins will find you out.
  14. I wasn't convinced on causation, either, but I can understand if jurors were convinced. I didn't think that the alleged crime fit the bill for all charges, though. I have a feeling that they would have convicted him for 1st degree murder and bestiality, too, if those charges had been on the table.
  15. What's your thought on the verdict in the Chauvin case?
  16. Honestly, if he turns the program around both he AND the super will be gone. Baseball ain’t gonna have that. Have y’all seen the turf on our baseball and softball fields yet?
  17. I agree on the one in Columbus where the victim was trying to stab the other girl... This one here is still up in the air. I'll be interested to see what the actual evidence ends up pointing out. Long story short a group of cops were serving an arrest/search warrant on this guy at his house and he attempted to flee... got hit 5 times (4 in the arm and one in the head). The attorney that intends to sue the city is claiming that it was an execution. The DA says that the "victim" actually struck at least one cop with his car before they lit him up. I tend to lose a lot of sympathy when the "victim" is trying to evade detention or resist arrest... especially when policemen or citizens are being endangered because the suspect simply doesn't want to be held responsible for his own criminal actions... and we know that this guy was at a minimum trying to evade/resist arrest. That's not a reason to shoot the guy, but if he was really endangering others, I just don't feel that bad for the guy. But I/we really need to wait for the evidence to all come out.
  18. And for the record, if you protest by saying "hands up, don't shoot," you are a moron. It's been proven over and over that it never occurred in the Michael Brown justified shooting. Yet every time you see the clowns walking around chanting... "Hands up, don't shoot!" Your battle cry is actually a complete lie... that should tell you something.
  19. "He wasn't trying to hit them, he was just trying to get away... and even if he DID hit them, that doesn't give him the right to kill him!!!!" Said all of idiots in unison.
