  1. Bannon and Trump are going to try to create a new media conglomerate together. "The Patriot Network." Watch.
  2. I was really, REALLY hoping for a Joe Exotic pardon. It wouldn't have hurt anything.
  3. I've got a funny feeling that his "open borders" policy is gonna screech to a very quiet (as far as the media goes) halt. He's already told the caravan "not right now." The other problem is that it's hard to keep your most loyal voters (blacks, lets be honest) happy when immigrants show up and get dealt a better hand than the blacks that are already here. Racial politics are a tricky game. For years, they've painted the Rs as the party of racist whites and the Dems as the party of black, brown, and sympathetic white. It's worked pretty well... they didn't even have to help blacks... they just kept voting "D." The problem is that black and brown are wary bedfellows, and the Ds have gone all in on black during this election cycle. If you're black and poor, it's systemic racism based on 400 years starting with slavery. If you're brown, poor, and showed up lately, the D's are just sorry for your luck. That's why you started to see more browns voting R in this cycle. They're not down with the BLM/inequality/racism bit. If republicans would stop yelling about the wall, there are a lot of God-fearing, hard working families just about ready to start voting "r." If that happens, Nancy Pelosi will down at the border stretching barbed wire herself. The Ds need to ignore racism for three years like they always have.... but I'm afraid that the people they've elected this cycle aren't going to let that happen. The Dems going full BLM is gonna come back to haunt them, I'm afraid. I'm pretty sure that a lot of Browns weren't very excited when Joe Biden announced that he'd have a black woman to be his VP... as soon as he figured out which one. That's not something that wins brown votes.
  4. One thing Clinton did was knock out a lot of those Republican-donating defense contractors who were selling the Pentagon $1500 hammers....
  5. Not me... I've got to work. Somebody's gonna have to pay taxes.
  6. Riiiiiiiight. Well, Mr. Conservative, where do you expect to make much needed spending cuts? Social Security? Defense? Those ARE the biggest two items. Or is just a bunch of talk like it has been for years, with no intentions of actually curbing our out-of-control spending on either side? Like I said..... There was no deficit by the time Clinton left office. Can't say that today, can we. In fact, it's gotten way worse under the great conservative named "Trump."
  7. The one leaving is delusional, so I guess it's an even trade.
  8. No. Just saying there’s a precedent.
  9. So you won’t tell your own family, but you’ll tell everybody else? Makes perfect sense.
  10. If you had your way, they wouldn’t be able to marry.
  11. I’ve got a feeling somebody never practiced much seggs, safe or unsafe.
  12. Nah, man.... you're the one that feels like you should have a say in everybody else's business. The correct(?) thing to do is tell your family how you feel about the issue, then shut up. It's just like gay marriage (which you oppose). What difference is it to you? You just want to force other people to live at the same standards of decency that you do... except for Trump, of course, because of the economy. How convenient for you. There's no difference between a leftie telling me that my money isn't mine and should be handed over to the government and a righty telling me I shouldn't be able get an abortion. It's all about projecting our beliefs onto others.... and both of you are wrong.
  13. Not when you send out millions and millions of unrequested ballots. There's no feasible way to track that mess. It takes days just to count them... much less verify anything. And at the end of the day, if Dems continue to push policies (No ID required, mass mailouts, etc....) that undermine confidence in the voting process, people will react. Isn't it crazy how the Ds were all "you shouldn't have to provide ID to vote" then immediately shifted into "all of those votes were proper..... we checked." It doesn't wash. And we'll ALL pay the price for the perversion of our election process that the Dems support. I've got a bad feeling that if Dems don't get sensible on election security we'll see violence that makes this cycle pale by comparison.
  14. So was Reagan from 86-88.
  15. Just out of curiosity.... since your family lost a couple due to miscarriage, y'all certainly went down to the pound and picked up a few disadvantaged youths of a different hue, didn't you?
  16. Bill Clinton going into 2001. With the help of a conservative Congress, I might add. Since then it's been a pork free-for-all in DC regardless of who's in power. But according to all of these "conservatives," Bill Clinton was an abject failure and the guy that drove us 7.9 trillion deeper in four years is the best President, evah. Trump Derangement is real.
  17. Um, no.... that wasn't patriotism. That was an attempted overthrow of a democratically elected government in favor of fascism. It's textbook. And while totally opposite of a socialist revolution, it would be equally devastating to America.
  18. Yeah.... I remember being young and dumb, too. I had an awakening in my 30s and realized that I really didn't know much. That's when I started to learn. I suspect you'll get there before long. Stop listening to what your "side" is saying and try to figure out where everyone is coming from. The people who dismiss the thoughts of others are the real idiots. Think for yourself.
  19. I can't wait to see if it's brought on by a resignation by him or the 25th being invoked because of a push by far lefties. I don't expect him to finish his term either way.
  20. Oh, I have no doubt about how you feel. But why is it your business to shame young women who feel as if abortion is their best option? YOUR opinion on the matter should not come into the question. That's between her, the young man, the unborn child, and their maker. Did you notice that you weren't included in that group? Because it's none of your business. Why would you want an unwanted child to be born into a life of suffering, parented by a mother that was forced to bear him? I'll go one step further.... there was a noticeable drop in the rate of violent crime in the united states in the 1990s. [Hidden Content] rates plunged 43 percent,respectively%2C over that same period. There was a lot of discussion at the time.... was it caused by a reduction in lead paint used in baby furniture? Was it some spiritual awakening? Or was it the fact that a whole of unwanted children aborted after 1973 (Roe v Wade) didn't grow up to be criminals? Just a thought.
  21. Here's the problem... you are just one man, with one opinion. But you wish to force your views on EVERYONE. You have no qualms about executing men who might be innocent of any crime (it happens, you know)... but other peoples' unborn children are of unspeakable importance to you. What about those who feel that meat is murder? Should we listen to them and outlaw the consumption of any meat products? That's basically what you are trying to do... or at least what it sounds like to over half of Americans that are alive today and born since abortion was legalized in '73. Politicians like Donald Trump (who has personally paid for numerous abortions himself) lock up the votes of zealots like yourself by claiming to be pro-life. Unfortunately, they also alienate even more voters who aren't so concerned about dictating private matters in others' lives. [Hidden Content]
  22. Why would you wish that on someone? Kind, compassionate, Christian that you are.
  23. Anybody that supports a President whose legacy (besides a nation at its most fractured since the Civil War) is 7.9 Trillion in new debt in 4 years is no conservative.
