I use those lists to gauge the quality of a school. It says a lot about a school and its administration if no "names" show up for the job. -

That's what the kids call anybody over about 30. They were trying to shorten "baby boomer" without realizing that the people they're talking about weren't even a part of that generation. Anybody that uses that term is a fool, honestly. -
Repeatedly... he’s the reason she was bussed across town.

You really, REALLY need to mix it up a little. Spending all day on the Internet looking at extreme right-wing websites while Hannity and Limbaugh play in the background isn’t healthy. It warps a person’s view of reality. “A source close to the polling firm (not the firm itself) says that Trump’s approval rating popped to 51% the day after the riot? That is ludicrous. Impossible. Didn’t happen. Over half of America hates Trump. There’s no disputing that fact. A lot of people that make up the other (almost) half that did actually like him were completely turned off by the actions on Wednesday and the fact that Trump’s actions in the last nine weeks were directly responsible for that attack. Yet somehow his popularity is soaring? There’s no way you can be serious. Stop for a second. If you actually believed this article upon reading it, then you really need to do some self-reflection. You’ve let the lies and conspiracy theories overwhelm what most of us call “common sense.” You might possibly need medical intervention. It’s bad, bro. -
If I trusted the Rs I’d donate my stimulus to the RNC.

I’ll be honest with you.... I find a woman who slept around to benefit her career 30 years ago less displeasing than guys like Rudy Guiliani who are using their position of power to try and bang chicks who would never otherwise be willing so sleep with said old wrinkledy guy. -
It doesn’t matter what the minimum wage is raised to.... you’ll never have a good life working an entry level job. Raising minimum wage only raises the cost of everything by a comparable level. It doesn’t do anything to eliminate poverty. You don’t get to live the dream because you demand it.. you get to live it by outperforming others. That’s been true since we were throwing spears at woolly mammoths, and it will always be true. I’ve got a kid that’ll be 21 next month that’s making over $19/hour working at Walmart with benefits AND they’re paying for his tuition to earn an online bachelors. But he can pass a drug test and knows how to bust his tail. It’s crazy how things start to work out when you combine those two things.

The way the Ds act in the next month or two will determine whether we start to heal or continue moving towards a war amongst ourselves. Rahm Emanuel was on at least two different news show this morning demanding that any congressman who voiced concerns over election results should be criminally charged. Pay no mind to the fact that the Dems did the same thing in ‘01, 05, and 17.... these Rs must be punished.

That’s all I’ve been saying.

So? Kobe Bryant inherited his athleticism and we didn’t hold that against him. He still went out and worked and won those rings. Trump’s old man didn’t hand him all of those hotels, businesses and the presidency. He accomplished quite a bit on his own. Seriously, though... as often as Trump’s companies filed for bankruptcy, I was surprised that he had a problem folding up shop when it became obvious that he’d lost. -

You have to admit that it’s a little disingenuous to celebrate the first woman elected as vp in our country who, by her own admission, slept with her superiors for political appointments early on. No reason to call her names, but it’s not something I’d want my daughters aspiring to. -
I’m not gonna lie... it’s gonna be about two years before it really starts heat up and I’ll probably wait until then to start paying attention. Republicans need to process that what happened to Trump isn’t just the fault of Democrats. He shot himself at every step of the way. And it’s not okay to say “well, he’s a little rough around the edges and he makes people angry, but.....” as an attempt to justify sub-par behavior. Demand better from the guy carrying our flag. Watch what happens if the Dems try to crap all over Rs over the next couple of years... they won’t be in power long. I’ve been watching the news this morning and they’re out for blood. It’ll bite them in the next election cycle if that’s their game plan.

I think that’s why they’re going after Cruz so hard right now... he’s the heir apparent to the Trump vote.

True to an extent. Guys like Reagan (the former president, not the guy hunched over his keyboard, cackling while reading the latest “just wait until you see what Trump has up his sleeve” stories) was an actor as a young man, Carter was a Peanut Farmer, GW Bush worked in oil. But they all had some executive experience in politics before becoming president. If you are a newly elected county commissioner or county judge in Texas who was sworn in on the first of this month, you’re expected to be in class tomorrow (1/11) in College Station for training, because you obviously have no idea what’s going on or what’s legal. But we expect some guy who’s never even been a county commission to prance in and run the whole show. Having Trump as your president makes about as much sense as having him perform open heart surgery on you, just because you think most doctors are quacks. -

Yeah.... I felt the same way when people were proclaiming Obama as the best ever. “No, he’s your FAVORITE President ever... not the best.” Trump was getting decent marks for the economy, and he honestly didn’t get us in any wars like the Dems predicted. Otherwise there’s not much to brag on regarding trump. This fiasco at the end of his term moves him way down towards the bottom of the list. Way down there. -
Yes, I’m certain that he did. Somebody was still writing articles TODAY about how Trump was still gonna pull it out based on an affidavit written by some Italian guy. It’s bonkers.

I don’t know what you do for a living, but do you think somebody who’s never been in that industry would waltz in and be the best fit for CEO/President of your company, or do you think it would be a little bit of a disaster? -
