You can’t call them that anymore. And we all owe them an apology for calling them that in the past even if they came up with it. lol.

This.... Everybody knows that way to fix it is to have the loser pay the winner's legal fees. But most politicians are lawyers (or heavily indebted to lawyers) so the laws will never change. Gilbert Adams was on 6 news earlier this week advising somebody who had pulled out in front of an 18 wheeler to sue the company anyways... they should still have to pay for the at-fault driver's damages and injuries. The other problem is that anybody smart enough to make a decent decision on a jury is also smart enough to get out of jury duty. You get left with all of the dingbats that would normally be at home watching Jerry Springer which is literally littered with ads for attorneys promising large cash settlements. It's not an accident... you just won the lottery, foo!

It’s comical. If you don’t agree that you’re inherently racist, then you ARE a racist. It’s like the old Salem witch trials. They’d throw you in the river and if you drowned, well.... you weren’t a witch. If you survived, you were obviously a witch and were burned at the stake.

Laugh of the day (for me anyways)

Thank Gawd on High that it was a black cop and a white woman.... -
The funny thing is, you are. You see “racism” “oppression” and “privilege” as the reason for the repetitive bad decisions of black people. And it’s the reason why black people lag behind every other ethnic group in America in every quantifiable measure. Poverty? Check. Violence? Check. Illegitimate birth rates? Check. Incarceration? Check. Horrible education? Check. Poor health? Check. Lowest rates of home ownership? Check. But all you need is for Whitey to accept blame for decades black screwups, plus enough money to make up for generations of primal behavior and it’ll all be better, right. Here’s a fact.... when confronted with facts, all you’ve got is the race card. Boo hoo hoo.
-
A hole? You mean like the kind of hole where my people (despite making up only 13 percent of the general population) commit 52 percent of all murders (not per capita, ALL), but I still can’t admit that there’s a problem of violence, unless I’m blaming it on somebody isn’t a part of the group that’s doing all of the killing? You’re a fool.
-
Lol.... because I won’t excuse or dismiss criminal behavior that has infected an entire segment of our population? We’re all created equal... some of us just don’t know how to act. That anger you feel is legitimate... it’s just misdirected at people like me who won’t listen to your excuses.
-
And.... that’s why you can’t have a reasonable discussion with a liberal. White people are more violent? That’s the funniest thing I’ve ever heard. Name a single white enclave that’s level of violence can compare with Chicago. Los Angeles. New Orleans. Gary, Indiana. Rahway, New Jersey. The sad thing is that you believe that garbage. 52 percent of the murders in America are committed by the very “victims” of police violence we’re supposed to be offended by. Until the black community acknowledges its own primal behavior, nothing will ever change. If you don’t like being called a chimp, stop acting like one.
-
Lol... and you take the fact that blacks get themselves shot by each other as well as cops as incidental and insignificant. Based purely on statistics blacks are more violent and you can’t admit. The same childish and chimpish behavior that is displayed in fast food restaurants, apartment parking lots, trap houses and anyplace else frequented by black people inevitably leads to violent deaths... that is an undeniable fact. You still keep trying to find racism where it doesn’t exist.

It's going to be funny to watch your head explode when all of these accused "racists" are rightfully exonerated because the basis for BLM (racist cops out killing unarmed black people simply for being black) is a fantasy, plain and simple.

Me? The media keeps omitting that one of Breonna's boyfriends had just shot a cop and she was killed by return fire. There's nothing more to say.
-
I see where the peaceful protests (with two cops shot in Louisville) have started back up full force. This time because a grand jury failed to indict police officers for returning fire while executing a search warrant. We can thank people like Lebrun James for fanning the flames with his “justice for Breonna” garbage. Expect to see this over and over as these cases (George Floyd, Jacob Blake, that kid in the Wendy’s drive-thru someplace, etc all work their way towards their only logical conclusion. No indictment, not guilty, etc.... This particular one is so blatant because even the media has continually portrayed the event “murdered by police while sleeping in her bed” instead of how it actually happened. “Killed during a shootout with police started by her boyfriend.”

It’s all about where you live and who you associate with. My guess is that you won’t see any trump signs inside the beltway in Houston. That’s few million Biden votes right there. I’m gonna guess that there isn’t a lot of Trump love anywhere up the eastern seaboard or pacific coast, either. There are Trump votes and anti- trump votes... there just aren’t a lot of Biden voters.

“Blue Link” lol. I’ll pass. They can just be the WOS defense from now own. I wouldn’t want to offend anybody when they decide “blue link” is bad, too.

So, why would Biden pre-select Beto to be his "gun czar" tasked with confiscating my weapons? [Hidden Content] The left is committed to disarming the right. That's what "gun control" is all about. If the left wanted to see a decrease in gun violence, they'd stick mandatory minimum sentences for crimes committed using a gun... say an additional 25 years sounds right to me. But then you'd be crying about how it has a disparate impact on the black community, lol.

I think you're right about the Eagles being a good 3A team, but I'm not sure that WOS won't have problems out of the gate. I think it'll be a close game that really doesn't indicate what either team is capable of this year.

In all honesty, the national forests aren't managed as they should be out west. Groups like the Sierra Club file suits that are heard by left-leaning judges and stop work indefinitely, then you get nuts chaining themselves to trees and destroying equipment when you actually do get to start work. Wildfires are nature's way of managing the forest. When we fail to manage the forest ourselves, we end up with wildfires.

That was terrible.

According to SETX, if an officer swears out a search warrant and comes up empty-handed, that’s shoddy police work and the officer should be charged with breaking and entering. If your doctor orders a colonoscopy and it comes back clean, he’s a bad doctor... and a racist bad doctor if you’re black... your dream world.

She bailed him out of jail a few times for trafficking and was hauling him around to his “trap houses” (Her words) and holding money for him. She knew what was up. If he’s using her address for his banking, you can easily assume that money is possibly rolling through her place, too. A judge weighed the evidence and felt that there was ample reason to search her premises. So it doesn’t matter anymore. I knew a guy in high school that was always in trouble. I saw him 2002 or 2003 in a store and he’d OBVIOUSLY been in the joint. Like not even trying to hide the lightning bolts and swastika tattoos. I was like “hey, man... whatcha been up to?” He said he’d been locked up for six (or so) years and recently gotten out. Which he followed with “but it was bs.... they didn’t have probably cause to search my backpack.” You sound exactly like that dude.

Why are you excusing the actions of criminals? You have no problem pointing blame at the police officers for firing indiscriminately, but completely excuse Kenny doing the exact same thing because "he didn't know who was kicking in his door." You and I both know that the police were trying to help save the community from people like Jamarcus and Breonna who were spreading drugs. That's a fact. Imagine that the warrants were served at the trap houses, but Jamarcus wasn't located. Police Chief : "So, you didn't get him?" Officer: "no." Police Chief : "Did you go by his house?" Officer: "no... he might not have been there so we didn't waste our time." The fact is this.... You see 1000 people who died in police involved activities and feel that 99.9% of the time the officers "got off" because only two of the 1000 were convicted. In actuality, in almost every one of those situations, the killing was justified, and you have a problem with that. You seem to believe that any time a person is killed by the police, the office should also be executed. Any time a person is shot by a cop, the officer should have just used physical force. Any time a cop gets beaten half to death, well.... he should have learned to fight better. You are part of the problem. If "bad police" are problem, it's a miniscule one.... Criminals are the problems, not those doing the best that they can to protect me. I'll be honest, you have a criminal mindset (it's always the cops' fault), but lack the guts to actually cross the line... which is really kinda sad for you. I wish you had the courage to break laws like the people you are so determined to protect. You seem pretty sharp. I have a friend who is also a police officer for a local school district. He was previously a deputy in Hardin County. Right before the job swap happened, he killed a man here in Hardin County. Ironically, I know the family of the slain man, too. He was going through a divorce and had called his wife and said that he was on his way to her new residence, threatening violence or possibly to commit suicide by cop. Hardin County intercepted him just north of Silsbee and he came out of the truck with a gun... My friend had no choice but to shoot the civilian. It's interesting because I've heard first hand both sides of the story. It's funny, because you don't even know what I'm talking about because the deceased isn't black.... in other words, no reason to riot. Secondly, this Godly family man would be crucified by you for his actions, when anybody that knows him knows that taking a life would be the last possible thing he'd want to do in any situation. If you'd even heard the story, you'd think that this police officer was untrained, unhinged, murderous, and a threat to the community who should be in prison today, instead of keeping kids safe as a school resource officer. He's one of that 99.9% who "got away with it" in your cowardly words.
