Question for formerpirate and Eagle and all other "die hards": Are you alums or currently attending tu?

Correct me if I am wrong, but at the current time this supposed "good team" is on a 2 game losing streak to my Ags... And beating teams such as UTEP and North Texas qualifies tu as a good team?

Who cares what the "all-time" record is, what matters is right now, but you know who the better team is this year, so since you ran to games dating back so long, I've got you this...

It would be nice if all our Texas teams would do something to keep all that talent in-state

That will at least add some firepower to the offense (and defense if these guys play both ways)

Now we have to play 4A powerhouses such as CE King, Kingwood Park, Goose Creek Memorial, Crosby, GP and last year Forest Brook, Smiley, and New Caney. Would you rather to face Nederland, PNG, Ozen, Lumberton, Central, Vidor, LCM?

Well my question is, is BH just having a down year for talent? Or are they stacked like normal and just not playing up to par for the talent they have? Coaches at the high school level can only do so much with the talent they have, there comes a point where the plays must be made by the players.

Seeing that they were off for 2 weeks and then only had 3 days of practice I can understand that Deweyville hung with them fairly well. I have not heard any talk of them except that they went to state in 2001 or something... : Give me a break, if you want to play that game, BC went to the state-semis in 2005 and look at what happened last year (not to knock BC, just to prove a point that just because a team went to state several years ago doesn't mean this year is the same team)...

Just trying to keep myself from jumping [Hidden Content] . Horndawg, you need to be on the field, as Army wouldn't have been that close. That game was pathetic... It's going to be a long year for us, especially since it took us 3 games before we could win at home...Looks like Leach and CL will have a field day on October 18 when ;D Tortilla Tech ;D rolls into town
