I don't know what quitting and communication problems have to do with each other, but those type of problems are not solved by jumping on a message board and firing shots at your former teammate...They are fixed by you and your teammates on the practice field. So why don't you get back to class and get ready for practice this afternoon and work on fixing your problems so you can get yourself a win Thursday.

My take on this...If you pay your taxes, you should get what is offered...If you don't pay your taxes, start paying them so you can receive this help. This is what is so screwed up with our system... I was a senior when Rita hit too and at HF we lost all our lights, and playing games on Saturday afternoon is just not the same as suiting up for a game on Friday night...It sucked knowing that some of my friends only got to play 2 games under the Friday Night Lights, so I'll feel the same for the seniors that it happens to this year.

It's a little odd that more people here are more worked up about this than people in Galveston... Thats cause we took a direct hit from Rita. We are a little gun shy! I imagine if (Lord forbid) they take a direct hit, they will be the same way the next few years.

Could have just let them skip...Then write them a note to the office saying they got sick...That's how I rolled when I went through...Sometimes you have to work the system and this would be the perfect time.
