1. Obligatory "it must've been the refs" reply  ;D
 2. Yet here ya are, adding to the cause. To make this relevant, HF plays Legacy tomorrow, going for 7-0 since the change.
 3. I'm more worried about how the team is doing now, after the move was made. I have heard rumors but as others have done, I'm going to keep my mouth shut about it because they are just that, rumors. but as this thread has gone, it has evolved into more about the team moving on past adversity and that's what I was discussing, and i was curious to know if some things have changed since the coaching change occurred, so in that sense, it's not a dead horse issue.
 4. Then that makes more sense to me. I bet you don't see that kind of thing anymore with the new, new coach. From what I hear he's like John Wayne toilet paper when it comes to discipline, tougher than hel.l and don't take **** off no one.  Can anyone disagree?
 5. Call PETA if you don't like it, or don't click on this thread, either way, Take your pick. I'm interested to know what catter is talking about. I have a feeling he doesn't know either.
 6.
Not really sure what your mean by discipline.  In the games that I Have seen you have your main player yelling at the coach becasue he takes him out.  Of course Coach puts the kid right back in teaching a great lesson.  Get in the big guys head and you beat HF.  We did it the first game waited too late to do it the second time.
What games did you see?  I'm almost 100% positive you didn't see a kid yelling at HFs new coach. Do tell of your accounts though, I'll have my popcorn ready waiting on this explanation.

Gilmore, dove and the used car salesman think basketball was invented when they showed up in HF
Dude!!! What is your issue? C'mom, I'm sitting down listening. What is the *real* problem? Were you cut from the team or your son was cut?
Watch it, Dove.  You're calling out 12gage (which he probably meant to be 12guage).
All kinds of fail up in here.  G-A-U-G-E!
 8. Thought they were only one game from the state tourney but ok, doesn't take away from the fact keener was the best hf coach
 9. Hopefully this group of guys can get people excited about hf basketball again. Time will tell but from what I'm hearing, it'll be a tight race for that 3rd playoff spot this year.
 10. Those are some of the qualities I've seen people talk about and Keener had those, so I was simply pointing that out. Plus he had the wins to go along with it. I'm not saying DiCello couldn't have been that, he just didn't have enough time, unfortunately, to be considered the best. I don't have a problem giving credit where it's due, but a realist as well and as Lazeek said, 5 games wasn't nearly enough. But what's done is done and I hope nothing but the best for the kids playing. Hope they can fight through all this and get themselves a playoff spot.
 11.
Just asking but why is Kenner considered the best basketball coach HF has had?
He had a good group of athletes and he made the region finals and lost to Kountze. That's as far as they've been as far as I know unless there's some before my time I don't know about. He had good success. Isn't that what was talked about? "just win baby" If that constitutes te best coach, then he's the best. But even more than that, I know that he ran summer basketball camps that I attended back then and pretty sure he had an open gym policy...
 12. If he had brought them to a regional final I would listen to that argument but unfortunately, we'll never really know if he could have been the "best" coach they ever had. As it stands now, keener is the top guy to date that I can think of. I will say though that he seems to have set a good foundation that can be built off of.
 13. You forgetting about Keener there hoss?
 14.
I do have a kid on the team,And i  know rumors, my concern is with the kids on the court.Anything else is not important. >:( ;D :P :-X :'(
Are you more pleased right now than you were, say 2 pm yesterday?
I CAN TELL YOU ONE THING IF YOU CARE ABOUT HF SPORTS,SHOW IT BY SPENDING TIME FOR FREE WITH THE KIDS AND NOT JUST RUNNING YOUR MOUTH ABOUT OTHERS.TRY COACHING THE KIDS AND DEALING WITH THE DIFFERENT ATTITUDES THE KIDS HAVE.PLEASE JUST SUPPORT THE KIDS.I HAVE AND WILL CONTINUE.
Having a mild case of schizophrenia?  ;) I agree with you, people support the team, coaches, etc whether you agree with who it is or not.  BTW, it may be time for a new keyboard, yours seems to be stuck on caps lock, unleashing fury on everyone.  ;D
 18.
BLUE DOVE, WHY WOULD YOU BE GLAD TO SEE HIM COACHING.I JUST HOPE WE HAVE SOME ONE ELSE IN MIND AND THIS IS NOT LONG TERM.
73-68 [img][Hidden Content]]
