I understood this to mean that if you were not from BISD, you could not comment. Regardless, it matters not where you are from, you can comment here on any subject presented. I commented on a situation, and it does not make any difference where it took place. I don't have an axe to grind with any school. You look at my name, and see the logo and ask what school I support? Seriously?
