Nederland better buckle up next week. No cupcakes, or gimmicks. Beat Chumperton down and rest your kids.... Get ready for the #1 Rivalry in the state of Texas. All you little barkers take your shock collars off and turn up the trash talking. I'm looking for dinner bets right now... Ain't gonna be pretty. No coulda, woulda, shouldas... This ain't Chumperton or Vidor, or Ozen, or Memorial... This is PNGU...... We have walked through the district, heard all the crying, dispensed crates of Kleenex. No folks, it's not a video game, it's Shug and Company. I don't want to hear about sloppy field, we might this, or we might that. Facts are facts.. Pups are going down..... Can I get a reserved parking spot in someones ditch? If not I'll park in someone else's ditch. Get those stands inspected to see if they can handle the truth. Because the truth is coming, and we are bringing hell with us....... If your looking for a huckleberry you got it....Say when!!!!! The truth has been spoken.... Indians by 17..........

So So.. Plant job vs Tackle shop... Hard decision...LOL
-
Average now, but its better than nothing! Thats why I go to Deans most of the time..
-
I have been thinking about buying the tackle store and moving up there!!!! I get cold feet though!!
-
Lil Gal sold out to her Grand daughter, who just sold it a few months back. Not what it used to be. Back in the day it was the best burgers around..
-
I almost bought a camp in there. Have a few friends in there. Opted for Black Forest for the boat ramp and its mid lake.... Was off Letney road before I bought my camp...
-
Love it up there.....
-
Technically Zavalla. Black Forest....
-
Crosby is still putting up video game numbers.....
-
I cant get past the homemade apple pies!!!! My perfect weekend is.... PNG wins Friday, I have adult beverages on the way to the lake and talk smack to Pakronos on the way while I make my wife drive.... Wake up catch some fish, then go to Deans for Lunch..........
-
I have eaten at every dive around my favorite hangout (Rayburn) and Deans is my favorite. However Mary Kays is not a bad option. Carlenes in Zavalla is not a bad option for a buffet...
-
I love all these scenarios... If's, and could's, and maybes, and so on. I am pretty sure this is all HOPES............
-
Mary Kays is a good option. The best option is Deans in Huntington, however that is about 20 miles out of the way.
-
Thanks!!!!
-
What route are you taking?
-
Not sure he would have made a good Jag... He is used to winning.......... Good Job Grad you put in the work to make this place worth coming back to.... Hats off to you.....
-
17 points?
-
I'm giving points. Steak dinner? PAM wins by 10 or more....
-
Vidor house ZERO chance against PAM. Ill put my house on that!!!!!
-
K.J. from W.O.S. last year is another prime example. Kid was dynamic with the ball every time he touched it.
-
That is my point. God knows they would not do any worse. I think Crosby or PNG or a WOS or West Brook could give them a game. Not a lot on that team that pops out and says, WOW. Just a bunch of transfers that did not pan out at their first stop....

Maybe we need to start a Lamar recruiting thread!!!
-
Quite possibly you are taking what I said out of context. Note that I keep using Lamar as an example. Implying that Lamar needs to get on board and look at this kid. Because, at Lamar, kids like Riggs are not a dime a dozen. If you have been to a Lamar game lately you can see what issues they have as a program. Across the board, they need help. You can also see I have compared him to former Lamar players. Do I think he can play at a D1 bowl eligible school.... NO.... However I do think the kid can go to A Lamar type school and compete for playing time. So in your own words.... Don't try and turn this debate into a debacle... My argument is that at Lamar University, kids like Riggs are not a dime a dozen.....

Once again opinions vary. Nelson was the king of the circus catch. Undersized with average speed. That does not equate to the next level, as his college days proved. You need size and speed at the next level for production most of the time. I'm not sure if Riggs wants to play the sport after high school. But IMO has more tools than any receiver Fairclothe has had other than Giblin...
