well yea Title IX does kinda put a damper on things... I was taking that consideration as an already given...

Even if Lamar were to get an official team.... it would be made up just as the Womens is... as in the majority of the players would not be representing this area... the fact of the matter is that our area produces good soccer players... but not as many Div. 1 quality players as you think... dont get me wrong there are some... but if this post was made in asperations of promoting south east texas soccer players as that, then you are mistaken

My team just played the U-17s from IMG in Bradenton, Florida.... lost 1-0..... they were pretty solid....

I think Central and Lumberton are obviously the teams to beat.... Nederland has great young talent.... PNG is PNG.... LCM is not the same LCM they used to be in soccer..... all that aside.... Im going with Lumberton and Central Co-Champs.... b/c I like to stay as diplomatic as possible 8)

Yea theres no doubt that just judging by program strength this game wasnt close... unfortunately for us... Soccer is the one sport you can completely dominate a team and score line wise.... still win unconvincingly.....

Ive kicked a couple back in my high school day.. in practice.. but the plate in High School football that used to kick off of adds a significant advantage to the kicker...
