What confuses most of us, me included, most (all/many?) cases are based on certain particular circumstances and not an “iron clad forever” ruling of the subject. The News Media rarely helps with their reporting. I am encouraged by recent rulings, but concerned the Left’s reaction is to Stack the Court.

[Hidden Content] So the SCOTUS rules for the new Arizona Voting Laws. Dems response, Stack the Court. Essentially, the Dems want to control the Supreme Court, making it an arm of the Democratic Party. What’s their main objection to the Law? Law says, if a person votes in the wrong precinct, the vote is invalid. Dems response, minorities will have trouble knowing where to vote. The translation of that, minorities are to stupid to figure out where to vote. If I were a minority, I’d be raging mad that Dems thought so little of my intelligence. What say you @Big girl?

I would’ve expected nothing less. Her priority is Kamala. Since she’s so incompetent, it’s hard to project her in a positive light, ergo the work environment would be horrendous.

I’ve spent a lot of time on this thread giving you younger folks a forewarning of potential problems as you grow older. According to my Dr, my back is not the only culprit. Seems my hip has joined in. Love the three options. Live with it (I hope not). Get a replacement (durn sure hope not). And finally, a shot of something that will deaden the thing for several months. Going with door number three. Hope it works as advertised. Not a lot of places I want to go, but a few. Heard they have an adult beverage in New Orleans called a Hand Grenade. I agree with baddog, waiting almost 12 years to bring charges against anyone is suspect. Also, memories have a way of getting skewed.

My wife and I understood (perhaps mistakenly) that the readings coming from the ground were higher than what was going in. I got that, but is it rare, or unheard of, to have ground conduct electricity in what they claim to be very high amounts? My knowledge of electricity is limited to flipping a light switch.

No doubt when we first started participating in the Olympics, no one could ever imagine any of our athletes disrespecting the US (still hard for me to understand). Now that so many of our citizens hate America, they need a rule denying participation by anyone who will do so, or has done so in the past. It isn’t rocket science.

Yep, why should America send an athlete to represent her when she dislikes America. I really wish she’d move to Uganda and represent them.
