My biggest problem with this trial, regardless of the guilt or innocence of Chauvin, is that mob violence influenced the jury’s decision, and perhaps the Judge. This was a tactic used by the Klan & Mafia in the past. Not a pretty part of our past, and certainly something I’d hate to see happening in our future. For those reasons, I hope it is overturned, and a new trial convened. Based on TxHoops comments, it’s not likely. Sad that.

I’ll certainly be surprised if the verdict/trial is not overturned. Maxine Waters & Joe Biden put the verdict in jeopardy. Despite whether Chauvin is guilty or innocent, that verdict was partially the result of mob violence. The whole fiasco, change of venue/sequestered jury, was FUBARed up from the get go. When mob violence determines guilt or innocence, there is no Justice. Jmo.

I’ve no use for the Muslim religion. Anyone defending these low-life killers is wrong. They’re religion calls for killing Christians, and anyone not a Muslim. You defend them, you’re part of the problem, and condone their murderous beliefs.
