  1. And to you and yours Big Buddy! ✝️
  2. I know there’s a lot of people in need. I’m all for giving to those who really need it, but....... I’m sick of watching lines, miles long, of people driving big, new SUV’s and cars, newer and more expensive than mine. Not just the odd one, but virtually all of them. And they interviewed a woman with big fake nails on that probably cost $50, and her in her big, new, SUV. Does she need free food because of the vehicle and fake nails, or is it just the greed of something free. Sorry, but something isn’t right about all this, and I’m venting. Color me skeptical. 😡😡😡 Then look at the folks picking up meals at Catholic Charities and Some Other Place. They need the food.
  3. @TxHoops I do hope you read the above post. 😂🤣😂
  4. Texas City Coaches concerned about team being too overconfident about the PNG game. 😂😂 Actually a Nov 27 headline, but the Devil made me do it. 😂
  5. Yep, a Happy Thankgiving to all you scoundrels. 😄😄
  6. First season was History Channel. Showed some weird stuff, and actually show UFO’s (literally unidentified light orbs) that appeared when they fired small rockets up with instrumentation on them. Interesting and scary place. [Hidden Content]
  7. There’s a theory that the companies that make monoliths put it out there to drum up business. 😂🤣😂
  8. Weird things in Utah. Any of you watch Skinwalker Ranch? Govt ran test there for years. Rich guy in Utah bought it & brought in his own research team. Had a series this past summer.
  9. Evidently Jenkins has a great future. Vidor holding them to 29 points took a big effort by the defense & offense.
  10. That’s going to be a headknocker. Scoreboard person will need a calculator to keep score. 😂
  11. It’s 2020, that explains everything. [Hidden Content]
  12. Agree 100%. Lindale is averaging 43 points per game. You have to put up big numbers to beat them. 😜
  13. Not if my support for the Falcons is significant. I’d love to see Huffman win, but if I’m betting, I’ll have to go with Kilgore, as if there had been money on the line two weeks ago, I’d put my money on Lindale to beat Vidor. To put in Readers Digest terms, my hearts with Huffman, but my money is on Kilgore.
  14. Never been a concert person. Went to one. We took my daughter & her friend, when in Jr High, to a George Strait concert in Bmt. I vividly remember we were in row 17, and I was the first man nearest the stage. Sixteen rows of nothing but women. Poor George, lol.
  15. A DC is always a time for celebration. Congrats to the PAM team, Coaches and fans. 🥇🥇🥇
  16. Don’t see PNG take an arse whipping like this very often. Have to admit I was surprised at the score.
  17. Ironically, if things go as everyone expects, Lindale will get another “rematch” next week vs Kilgore. They had a headknocker 3 weeks ago. Would think. 2 rematches in a row would be rare, if it happens.
  18. Just enough to Coach at Hull-Daisetta 😂🤣😂
  19. My SILaw retired in July and got a set of drums. I hear him banging away next door. He’s getting pretty good. 😂😄😂
  20. Heck, I forgot Hank Williams Sr. Dad like him.
  21. He had me at, All My Friends Say. 😂😄😂
  22. Mine didn’t listen to much music, but when they did, it was Country. I grew up with Eddie Arnold (Cattle Call I remember vividly).
  23. Lindale, setting new heights for the school playoff run, plays Chapel Hill Friday at 7pm. They’ve played once already, Lindale winning 52-6, but Chapel Hill has improved. Playoff scores: Lindale 11-2 defeated Vidor 29-13 Needville 70-56 Chapel Hill 8-4 defeated Livingston 49-37 Stafford 40-14 Probably another high scoring game. I’m taking Lindale and over 75 again.
  24. Been around a long time. Loved rock in my youth, but liked a little country. Lost rock, for the most part, in the mid 60’s (Yellow Submarine & the drug culture took over). I could’ve listed more rock. Liked Sam Cooke, Supremes, Elvis. Could understand the words. They sang, not screamed. Liked a few songs with a catchy beat, like Hot Stuff & Sweet Home Alabama. Actually, today’s country would’ve been classified rock in my youth. Rarely listen to music now, unless it’s an oldies station, rock or country. As with all generations, still remember my fascination that my Parents didn’t like the music I did. Guess my son and daughter didn’t understand me not liking their music (see Net Cats list, lol). Here’s one from my day that the words show how far we’ve gone (downhill imo, but I’m an old foggy).
