Of course the pickup swerved back at the SUV, which is a no-no, but it’s obvious the SUV initiated the confrontation. It’s all in the link I posted. They used to be fairly decent, but with less participation, they gotten pretty bad. Basketball officials are even worse. But the thing is, they’re a necessary evil. Some of their calls are sometimes biased, racist, about power, and just plain inept, but without them, there will be no games.

As usual, which Vidor team shows up. Perhaps the Lumberton fans are wondering which Raider team will show up. Personally, I wouldn’t bet a nickel on this game.

The few successful teams that run the Slot T have one thing Vidor doesn’t, and that’s a good passing game. Since the kids have been running this O since Jr High, they need to start developing a real passing attack out of it. If you watched many of the Vidor games this year, stop and think how many times they had receivers wide open with no completions. Everyone knows you can’t rely strictly on the run. If you add a good passing game, that offense is as good as any. But that’s just my opinion.

Defender was right under the pass leaping into the air for the interception and the receiver ran into him. On the other side, they measured Vidor & I guess it wasn’t a first, then measured again & it was a first down. More measurements last night than all the other games together.
