One small ray of sunshine, Livingston appeared to be primarily a running team & they put up 69 on Huffman. Perhaps this is the year Vidor gets some revenge on the Falcons. If Vidor can win out they’ll probably get the second seed for the Playoffs. Another Big Game Pirates. Cinch up them pads tight and give 110%. Go Pirates!

Just saw them checking the fingers of the Astros pitcher as he walked off the mound. Not sure I’ve seen that before. Kind of a tribute I guess, lol.

At first glance Vidor would appear to be the easy winner, BUT Huffman has had Vidor’s number, stopping the Slot T. Question is, with so much on the line (for Vidor for sure), will the Pirates be able to deliver? What say you? And what’s up with the Falcons this year? New Coach? Just a one-off year? Not the Falcons we’re used to seeing.

Over the halfway point in District play. Standings now: Ltown 3-0. Vidor 2-1. LCM 2-1. Llvingston 1-2. Huffman 1-2. Splendora 0-3. Looks like seeding is the only thing left for the top 3. Livingston appears in the drivers seat for 4th. This Friday LCM travels to Ltown. That’s the key game. Ltown wins they’ll be #1. LCM wins, we could have a three way tie for DC, if Vidor wins also. I’ve no idea of the tie-breaker for seeding in that event, and all things go as they should in the last week.

If Pirates can win next two, should have the #2 seed. That’ll help. Maybe we get a few back from injuries.
