I keep waiting for Silsbee to start their annual improvement. If it’s going to happen this year, this should be the game. In years past, a Ltown win would be a given. Evidently the Lions have a much improved team this year. They may have a shot at making the playoffs (who would’ve thunk it). HH has had a fairly powderpuff non- district sch, but don’t let that fool anyone. They may not be a real good team, but I think they’re definitely a good team (especially in District 10). That said, I hope LCM at least makes the Eagles work for a win. Bears need an attitude adjustment. This is the perfect game for it - Home - First District game - 4-0 vs 0-4. Time to open it up.

From what I’ve read, what Santa Fe did sounds just like what Splendora does. I would like to see Vidor take control of a game so the fans could relax and enjoy an easy victory for a change. 😄

Sure. And I hope no one misinterpreted about my depression. I’m not about to slit my wrist, it’s just feels like we’re in a pen like cattle. For 75 years, I roamed free. Now, it doesn’t feel free.

I hate to admit it, but Covid lockdowns, closures, mask, social distancing, etc, etc, is getting depressing. My wife & I both. I’m sure we’re not unique, but few will admit it. One of my grandsons was confirmed Wednesday. Restrictions on attendance, parents, siblings, and sponsors only. Had to watch it on livestream. I’m older than dirt. Shame to spend my final years like this.
