    To be honest, I’ve gone back several times, and depending on whose making it, the pizzas go from 4 to 8’s. If I owned an eating place, and found a good cook, I’d pay him/her so much they’d never want to find another place to work.

    I haven’t kept up much with baseball with the grandkids participating in sports. I can’t believe how fast they get a new pitcher in and start up again. Used to, you could go to restroom, then concession stand & be back in your seat before play started. Now it’s bam -bam. Great improvement.

    Some Sr kids are 17, most are 18, and some are 19, or even 20. Personally, I can’t imagine any legitimate reason a 20 year old should be playing HS basketball. And if Val Catts situation (and only 1week late) doesn’t warrant an exemption at 19, I’d appreciate someone giving me an example of what they consider a legitimate scenario for 19 (past the date) & 20 year olds playing HS sports. And to me, the official reasons above, make no sense whatsoever.

    Barbers Hill entire offensive & defensive football starters left Friday morning for Oslo, Norway to accept the Nobel Peace Prize. They received the prestigious invitation from Chairman Heir Johan Kjell Matthews earlier this week. On the downside, Friday night the Vidor Pirates dominated the Eagles in a local football game.
